The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There was a nice

The owners of Residenza Rioni made this stay so enjoyable. Choosing what we wanted to eat for breakfast and at what time it was to be delivered to our room was a very nice quality- especially when your visit to Rome is short and you want to start your day early.
The owners took care of our flight needs, including calling us a taxi and printing out our boarding passes.
The rooms we also extremely clean.

It was very quiet away from all the maddening crowds, close to bank machines/metro stop and the romans away from the tourist sections were very nice. Also the rooms were very fresh/clean/air conditioning worked great after the heat/dust from the city. Breakfast was very good and if asking for a cappucino it was made for you. Staff was very friendly

The location is very central, 2 minutes to Lepanto metro station/bus tops, 10 - 30 minutes walking to most major sites of Rome (which is great considering the horrible public transportation network in Rome. I held a Roma pass but ended up walking all the time). The neighborhood is clean and safe, with lots of hotels and offices around so you would have no trouble walking late at night. I love the vintage design inside the hotel, and my room (the cheapest type) looks new and much more beautiful

I liked everythig, the breakfast was good, the employees were very atentious, but they need to speak english, maybe they don't have so many tourist who speaks english, but it would be a diferencial. It's near to vaticano, but if you want to go to others touristic places we need to go by metro, there is a statio near to the hotel. -

He brought all of the guests samples of his prociutto and bufala mozarella. The rooms were a good size and modernly furnished. Breakfast was simple, but fresh and tastey.

Perfect location - quiet (especially for Rome), however very easy to get to and to reach any tourist attraction by Metro in minutes, nice neighborhood with shopping facilities, restaurants in a 5 minutes walk etc.. We loved everything. Specially the staff! They were extremely kind and sweet. They made us feel like at home. María prepared every morning our breakfast and she did it excellent, also her company was great. We do miss her now. The location is also very good, with a metro station very close and perfect for sightseeing. -
I was impressed!! The owner and staff were so friendly and helpful with our travels! The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable, clean accommodations. Great breakfast. The location was convenient to the sites! So happy we stayed here...highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!!

The best thing about Locanda del Vaticano was the kitchen facilities. To be able to cook your own meals is great when travelling on a small budget. The owner was very friendly and I felt very safe in the apartment. Being in a residential block meant that security was very good and you didn't stand out as tourists. I liked location, a few metres from metro. The single room is in minimal style but it is enought to relax and bathroom is rather big. Trere is a big good kitchen. Guesthouse is situated near river and not far from Villa Borgese, so I had opportunity to walk in nice places.

I stayed in the Super Mario room.. which has a lil balcony and a view of the streets.I loved the guesthouse as It was very clean and you get your sheets folded daily.... (even after I fold it) ... The hostal was hard to find at first but when I got there and knew the city a bit more I realized it was a very good location.
The concept of the hostal is great if you like movies and comics, free coffee, nice people. Stephano is really helpful when it comes to make your trip more confortable, I asked him if he offered laundry services and the price was fair compared to other places.
Bathrooms very clean and fresh towels and sheets when you needed them.
