Location was about 10 mins walk from St. Marks Square. Close yet far enough away from crowds. Rooms were lovely.Ours was small but had view of canal while our friends had a huge room to make up for lack of view, I reckon! Personally, I loved room with a view. Staff very helpful and breakfast very tasty. All in all, great value.

You are quite free to have your own preferences in foods: facilities for cooking are great. You feel quite relaxed as you are in your home and the beautiful venice has come to you! We were two young couples - one with a four year old child - and the appartment made our trip really easy. Paula kindly mailed us a detailed access guide the day before

It is a beautiful hotel tucked away on a quiet street back in the smaller canals. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. It is also near the main hospital of Venice, which was an unexpected blessing for us during our stay.

It was a perfect location, a 5-10 minute walk to St. Mark's Square but tucked away from the crowds of tourists in Venice. It was as nice as a hotel but felt small and quaint instead of industrial. The staff member that worked there was extraordinary. She was the most pleasant person we met in Venice.

Lovely hotel, family-style guesthouse. Welcoming and friendly host David, clean and comfortable room, good breakfasts. The location is very convenient. Near the Strada Nova, supermarket "Billa" vaporetto stop Ca de Oro and tragetto Campo Sofia. I recommend to read before the trip map with the approach to the hotel. Internet worked without problems

Excellent location in scenic and relaxed district of Cannaregio. 5 minute walk from Ca D' Oro vaparetto stop. Very friendly, helpful owner Davide who provided instructions on how to find the B&B in advance. Spacious and comfortable room (almost whole apartment) with traditional furnishings in keeping with age of building. Good quality continental breakfast.

I thought the location was not exactly at the center; but it was just a 5 minutes (or less) walk from 1 of the ferry stops - Ca'Oro stop. Having mentioned that, the inn is located at a pretty location on the island city. Best of all, it was on a rather quiet street just off the main street and it was pretty quiet despite the activity (and convenie

Our Inn Keeper, Ivan was extremely friendly and helpful; he gave good information about the city and was very approachable.

Wonderful location where, through one side of the street, you can reach the bustling main street as well as the pier in just a few steps; while the other leads you to the less visited alleys and the seaside. Nice and helpful staff. Our room is clean and comfy.

Venice is a small city (for me anyway) but hard to navigate, so people
will get lost (I got delightfully lost several times), but I thought
Residenza La Loggia was super easy to find. With only the map provided
from their website I went straight from the St. Mark's vaporetto
stop (from the airport) to the B&B with no wrong turns.

The hotel is just off main walking alley Calle dei Fabbri some 4 minutes north from San Marco. The distance between houses on opposite side in this area are tiny co do not expect any view from your window. If you do not mind this then Residenza la Loggia might be just the right place for your stay. Great, great location.....really could not be better placed in the city for walking and the general sights of Venice. The top floor is very generous in size with a quaint, atelier style slanted roof and pop-up dormer windows looking out onto the Grand Canal. Set in the heart of the San Marco neighborhood the room was a refreshing new, contemporary and comfortable change to the more traditional places we stayed during our trip.
