  Location was about 10 mins walk from St. Marks Square. Close yet far enough away from crowds. Rooms were lovely.Ours was small but had view of canal while our friends had a huge room to make up for lack of view, I reckon! Personally, I loved room with a view. Staff very helpful and breakfast very tasty. All in all, great value.

  The location was ideal, 5-10mins walk from where the airport transfer boat drops you off, and the same distance to the famous Rialto Bridge. All staff were very friendly, welcoming and had good English. The thick curtains, very effective against early morning sunshine and light sleepers. No sound carried through the walls. Bottles of water from the mini bar in the room were cheap - It is a beautiful hotel tucked away on a quiet street back in the smaller canals. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. It is also near the main hospital of Venice, which was an unexpected blessing for us during our stay.

  First impressions were excellent. The hotel was easy to find. It was extremely clean and our room was more than adequate. The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. Breakfast was great and the coffee was the best I tasted during my whole stay in Venice.   I thought the location was not exactly at the center; but it was just a 5 minutes (or less) walk from 1 of the ferry stops - Ca'Oro stop. Having mentioned that, the inn is located at a pretty location on the island city. Best of all, it was on a rather quiet street just off the main street and it was pretty quiet despite the activity (and convenie... что говорят » nce) on the main street. Our Inn Keeper, Ivan was extremely friendly and helpful; he gave good information about the city and was very approachable. W - Wonderful location where, through one side of the street, you can reach the bustling main street as well as the pier in just a few steps; while the other leads you to the less visited alleys and the seaside. Nice and helpful staff. Our room is clean and comfy.

  This is a wonderful small hotel. We had a fantastic room with view of San Marco. Very luxurious decor, and really nice staff. Highly recommendable! (Didn't try the breakfast) - Excellent room, clean and elegant. Very friendly

  The best thing that impressed that I recieved an email from Adriana - the communications manager of the hotel, 2-3 before my check-in to make sure that I smoothly find the hotel (water bus number, location map, etc.). Mi - Great, great location.....really could not be better placed in the city for walking and the general sights of Venice. Amenities and the access to a full kitchen are very welcome additions to a lovely stay.
