The location was fantastic! We walked everywhere except to the Colosseum. We stayed int the quad room - the bed was very comfortable, the room nice and quiet, the AC worked very well and so did the wifi. We really liked the flexibility and hospitality shown by Carlo and the rest of the staff. -

We had a wonderful stay. The limo service offered picked us up at the airport and drove us back at the end of our stay (all Iin time). Furthermore everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance! Staff is very helpful. We arrived early, and could leave the luggage. Seeing the hotel from outside might be a bit shocking but u can easily get used to it.
The manager of the hotel came down personally to great us. He showed us around the room and gave us a local map explaining the whereabouts.
The room was very clean, spacious. With all the extras: Fridge, cooker, nespresso machine, TV, hairdryer. All the cutleries .
Very close walking distance to the Vatican and only 5 to 10mins by taxi to Colloseo.

More than excellent location, within walking distance to all major tourist attractions in the historical centre of Rome and in a 5 minute walk to the Vatican. The location was excellent. It is a quiet, clean and comfortable accommodation with air con and a small refrigerator in in the room. Situated on the first floor of a block of apartments with a lot of small family run restaurants a few paces in each direction. A few minutes walk frm the main bus routes. Walking distance to the Trevino, Spanish Steps, Colosseum and the Vatican. I would happily recommend it to anyone going to Rome for a few days and would stay there again. Thank you Simone for b

The location was very good if you like to really experience Italy, mix with the locals and not live in a bubble or in a street crowded with hotels and tourists. We`ve stayed there for 5 days in November. The owner speaks english and italian, the girl who brought us breakfasts speaks italian and russian a little. We lived in the separated building in via del Pellegrino, I think it`s even better. Campo dei fuori is in 2 mins, Vatican in 15 mins (if you walk with normal speed), piazza Navona and Pantheon in 10 mins.
Breakfast was ok - big cup of coffee or whatever you want, toasts and croissant, also there was a lot of butter and jam in the frige. There

The apartment hotel was in an excellent neighborhood in terms of proximity to sites. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and discovering excellent bars and restaurants. It was also convenient to shopping. We had friends come stay with us for a few nights and could accommodate easily in the apartment. - location near vatican was great. room
