  The location was fantastic! We walked everywhere except to the Colosseum. We stayed int the quad room - the bed was very comfortable, the room nice and quiet, the AC worked very well and so did the wifi.   We had a wonderful stay. The limo service offered picked us up at the airport and drove us back at the end of our stay (all Iin time). Furthermore everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance! Staff is very helpful. We arrived early, and could leave the luggage. We did not hear the sounds of the traffic. All sorts of things were prese - Seeing the hotel from outside might be a bit shocking but u can easily get used to it. The manager of the hotel came down personally to great us. He showed us around the room and gave us a local map explaining the whereabouts. The room was very clean, spacious.   This hotel exceeded our expectations. We were in the studio unit at Via Del Pellegrino 86 (separate building, just down the street from their main location - two other units at this location as well). The king bed was comfortable, and the room was pretty large by European standards. We went to the supermarket (1 block away) and enjoyed some snacks / wine in the room after each day of sights - We`ve stayed there for 5 days in November. The owner speaks english and italian, the girl who brought us breakfasts speaks italian and russian a little. We lived in the separated building in via del Pellegrino, I think it`s even better. Campo dei fuori is in 2 mins, Vatican in 15 mins (if you walk with normal speed), piazza Navona and Pantheon in 10 mins. Breakfast was ok - big cup of coffee or whatever you want, toasts and croissant, also there was a lot of butter and jam in the frige. There
