Absolutely loved the stunning view across the lake from the balcony of our room.... just happy to sit sipping wine and watching the sun go down and the lights come on across the water. The ever changing colours of the lake were amazing.
The hotel is in a beautiful position that gives you an elevated view down towards Bellagio but also across the water. Just stunning.

The view from room 14 is a must. Lake Como is directly in front ofyou~~it's breathtaking and like paradise. There is a stream to the leftthat gave us the noise of rushing water, which was soothing. We liked the place very much. Everything is perfect - location, rooms, breakfast etc.
There are a lot of reviews regarding the host - we liked the guys! Yes, they maybe are not very very open to you, but they are very polite, friendly, helpful. We had several situations when we had to consult them and when we needed their help - everything was just great! We would recommend the hotel to everyone!

Stylish apartment with excellent facilities for self-catering. Bright and spacious, immaculately clean and well maintained with a private parking space which is a bonus in Bellagio. A lovely view over the lake from velux window. A few restaurants within easy walking distance. -

Superbly located on water's edge with magnificent outlook over the
lake to the western shore. We were upgraded to a junior suite, which was
very spacious (two rooms plus excellent bathroom) with lake view. Staff
were pleasant and helpfull with no trace of pretension or snobbishness.
Dinner in Mistral restaurant, while expensive, was superb and good
value. As a bit of a splurge, Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni really
delivered and is on our bucket-list for a return visit!

Our room was a good sized room for four people (two adults, two kids 9 and 11). We were traveling by car. Parking place was big and safe. This is a lovely hotel located within a ten minute walk of the marina in Bellagio from which you can catch the ferry across/around the lake. The room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. We had a quiet room with lovely large windows.
Reception was welcoming and knowledgeable of the area, providing answers to all of our questions in English. Breakfast was served in a large cheerful room with a good selection of breads, meats, cheeses, yogurts and pastries. A really good start to the day

Gaia is an amazing host! Welcoming and friendly, and gave us some great ideas of places to visit in the area.
The location is simply stunning, and the views spectacular.
Local wi-fi points are close by, which makes up for the lack of internet access in the apartment.

Owner Giulio is just fantastic! He greeted us with wine and plate of cheese and pizza selection. He owns also a really nice bar and mini buffet restaurant where he extends his hospitality. The apartment is located in the heart of the town, at the main pedestrian street, there is no better location in Bellagio. I highly recommend both the apartments (which are very spacious) and Bellagio. Bellagio is great place for those who ate looking for convenient site seeing location, but also nice restaur

We stayed on the top floor apartment in October. Given the time of year we were spared the noise from the Princess Bar that some of the other reviewers mentioned. The owner was very sweet and made every efforts to make us feel comfortable despite not speaking English. Simona her employee came to greet us shortly after our arrival and made us aware of everything we needed to know. She was very willing to answer all our questions. The place was perfect both in its location and amenities. The view is amazing!
