Nice and clean hotel with a modern touch. I was really impressed when I first arrived and got the first glimpse of our room. But after a while the feeling of a perfect hotel got destroyed through a couple flaws:
- The temperature adjustment was broken so that we couldn´t ge a lower temperature than 23,5 degrees.
- The were no light bulbs in the la

- No toilet paper in the toilet paper holder.
- The shuttle bus didn´t leave at 6.00 as it should, instead about ten minutes l -
The service was excellent. I only stayed night because it was close to
the airport. I arrived at 11 am and although check in was 2 pm, I could
get into my room right away. Large room with two queen size beds. Nice
location in small neighbourhood. I did not hear planes at night. Modern
hotel - the room was large compared to boutique hotels I stayed in at
Florence, Tuscany, and Venice. The shower stall was North American size
and the bathroom was bright. My view was a square with church and bell

This was a great hotel at only a few minutes form the airport Malpensa in Milan. We wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the country. Evne though we were a few minutes form the airport the villa is in the middle of rural country. We ate 2 of the bests diner in all our stay in Italy. The restaurant in itself is worth the detour. - Proxi

We were at the end of our trip and had little time before our flight home. It was nice to come back into familar surroundings ( more American comforts). We loved the challenge of overseas traveling but at the end of the trip it's nice to come back to familar surroundings The closeness to the airport and the free shuttle service was perfect. Everyon

Our rooms (one night each at the start and end of a vacation stay inItaly) were both spotlessly clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff(the man who was always at the front desk and answered our phone callsfor our two stays) was wonderful: courteous, fluent in English, andinvariably helpful. Very convenient- the restaurant offered a wide selection of menu choices at very reasonable prices. The house wine was great ! Also, the shuttle service to and from the airport was very punctual.

The staff at this hotel was fantastic. They were so welcoming, warm and
anxious to make sure their guests were made to feel at home and valued.
The rooms were wonderful--brand new and beautifully decorated. There

extensive and the prices were very reasonable. Breakfast was great with
fresh fruit, warm croissants, meats and cheeses among the many items.

The staff was quite accommodating. We had decided to return our rental car the night before so not to hassle with it the morning of the flight. The staff set up the free shuttle to return us to the hotel and take us to the airport the next morning (15 minutes each way).
The restaurant was very good and wait staff (many family members who also own the hotel) were very friendly, polite and offered anything we wanted to eat either on or off the menu.

Very good hotel for one night stay between the flights. Easy and quick acsess from Malpensa. Friendly staff. Excellent room - Situated near by the airport. The hotel had a swimming pool and it was good value for the money.

I really like this Hotel. The best value of this Hotel is Staff. All of
them were friendly and very helpful from the beginning when I made a
call for the shuttle from airport and till the end when I leaved the
Hotel and manager on duty helped me take the shuttle to the airport. I
can recomend this Hotel as for short stay between flights as for Milan
area visit.

The summer price of room is very reasonable, facilities are good with free enty to spa and free access to neighbouring open-air swimming pool. Car park under room is handy. Nice contemporary feel and good wall coverings.

The restaurant had very good food. I was surprised at how utterly quaint and very well decorated the hotel was. My room was very cozy and the jacuzzi tub was a nice surprise. - very amical personnel, even english functionned. The animals and the chlidren playground were very positive.
