I booked this hotel for my mother and myself (mature adult daughter)
because our flight arrived in Milan well after 10pm and we were flying
home the next morning. The convenience of already being at the airport
when we awakened was priceless. What a wonderful hotel! Unfortunately,
due to our schedule we weren't able to enjoy some of the amenities

After being given mis-directions to Malpensa, we finally arrived at the
terminal three hours after we arrived in Milan (they sent us to Bergamo
instead of Malpensa). I was very tired and cranky when I arrived at the
airport. I was looking for any indication of the shuttle bus to the
Sheraton when I realized that the Sheraton was actually part of the
terminal. It could not have been more convenient! Our room was spacious,
clean, and beautifully appointed...a real contrast to most European
hotels

Nice and clean hotel with a modern touch. I was really impressed when I first arrived and got the first glimpse of our room. But after a while the feeling of a perfect hotel got destroyed through a couple flaws:
- The temperature adjustment was broken so that we couldn´t ge a lower temperature than 23,5 degrees.
- The were no light bulbs in the la

- The shuttle bus didn´t leave at 6.00 as it should, instead about ten minutes l -
The service was excellent. I only stayed night because it was close to
the airport. I arrived at 11 am and although check in was 2 pm, I could
get into my room right away. Large room with two queen size beds. Nice
location in small neighbourhood. I did not hear planes at night. Modern
hotel - the room was large compared to boutique hotels I stayed in at
Florence, Tuscany, and Venice. The shower stall was North American size
and the bathroom was bright. My view was a square with church and bell

Although stark on the outside, the First Hotel Malpensa was very nice and modern inside. The restaurant was quite good and the complimentary breakfast buffet was wonderful. I was also amazed at how quiet the hotel was, considering how close we were to the airport. No outside noise filtered in at all. I would highly recommend this hotel to other tra

We were even able to leave a piece of luggage with them for a week between two of our stays. And lastly, we were travelling with a six month old baby, and they had already provided the cot.

I liked that the complimentary bus picks its clients regularly from the airport. I enjoyed the stylish decorations and a feeling of comfort which it provided. Also approved of "helping nature" request to throw on the floor those towels which really need washing instead of washing everything every day - not all hotels apply this policy. The resta

I would stay there again next time, it was especially convenient to get to and from the airport with the shuttle.

This was a great hotel at only a few minutes form the airport Malpensa in Milan. We wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the country. Evne though we were a few minutes form the airport the villa is in the middle of rural country. We ate 2 of the bests diner in all our stay in Italy. The restaurant in itself is worth the detour. - Proxi

We chose it because we had an 8 a.m. flight; needed to be at the airport at 6; the night was far too short. But everything was fine. Wish we had had more time to enjoy it. Room rate was a factor; the airport hotel was very pricey; this was reasonable.

We were at the end of our trip and had little time before our flight home. It was nice to come back into familar surroundings ( more American comforts). The staff at this hotel was fantastic. They were so welcoming, warm and

The staff was quite accommodating. We had decided to return our rental car the night before so not to hassle with it the morning of the flight. The staff set up the free shuttle to return us to the hotel and take us to the airport the next morning (15 minutes each way).
The restaurant was very good and wait staff (many family members who also own the hotel) were very friendly, polite and offered anything we wanted to eat either on or off the menu.

1) It has a very efficient shuttle bus service. I just refered to the hotel website. I called the hotel right after picking up my luggage, and I didn't have to wait or try to find a taxi at the airport 10:00 pm. 2)The staffs were kind and helpful. 3) Hotel facility itself was nothing but ordinary, but I was impressed by how spotlessly clean it is.

The staff was so helpful in every respect, from the check-in to the shuttle pick up to the "Happy Hour" staff in the lounge. The room was very comfy and roomy with a very large bathroom which we didn't experience anywhere else in Italy. Breakfast had such an array of food from fruit to cereal, eggs, meat tray, breads and pastries. We chose this room as it was close to Malpensa Airport and would highly recommend to any traveler.

Сам ездил на футбол Милан - Барселона + небольшой шопинг в аутлете (брал машину в аренду в аэропорту). I really like this Hotel. The best value of this Hotel is Staff. All of
them were friendly and very helpful from the beginning when I made a
call for the shuttle from airport and till the end when I leaved the
Hotel and manager on duty helped me take the shuttle to the airport. I
can recomend this Hotel as for short stay between flights as for Milan
area visit.
