How the staff spoke to you personally using your name, nothing to hard for them, no issues, friendly. It was so relaxing and i had the best nights sleep for a while even though there was a wearing party there was no noise. Reasonable priced meal which was delicious. -

Fantastic place to stay. We had a beautiful room overlooking the courtyard which was very clean, spacious with a modern bathroom. The staff were very friendly and went that extra mile to make sure you were looked after. Highly recommended! -

Everything! The hotel was amazing in every aspect. Very sophistacated,contemporary and upscale. Very similiar to a NewYork City USA boutique hotel. Lovely hotel in a beautiful old house. The staff were great, couldnt have been more helpful. The room was lovely, very comfortable bed and lovely old furniture, full of character. Great cooked breakfasts as well. I would definitely stay there again. -

I enjoyed staying at the Anchorage Inn, everything about the hotel was great, the rooms were beautiful and tastefully decorated, the staff were friendly and helpful and the food in both the resturant and bar was gorgeous. This is a really nice 3 star hotel in a great location.
We travelled with our 2 year old and found that the hotel was extremely child friendly. As there is no lift the receptionist even suggested a room on the ground floor.
The menu in the restaurant was varied and had good options for all 3 of us.
The location is great, just off the ring road around Coleraine. This was very handy as we were sightseeing along the North east coast.

The hotel was really lovely, spotlessly clean everywhere. Staff were so friendly from the outset. Breakfast was brilliant and you could eat as much or as little as you wanted. The staff at reception was very friendly, engaging and professional. The girls were bubbly just enough and made you feel welcome when you arrived.
The next morning they spotted we had been charged for breakfast when we should not and had all the receipt for the refund ready when we came back from breakfast.
