  Staff so friendly and helpful, every member of staff was chatty and helpful- outstandingly good. Location brilliant, free parking great. Room was quiet,clean and comfortable, shower good and strong. Nice breakfast. Bar was lively with good entertainment. Bottled water in room was Nice touch also. - I love it here. The food is excellent & a good price. I cannot fault anything

  I attended a black-tie event at the hotel, but the suit hire people included trousers that were far too small!!!! I told the receptionist about my dilemma and it was not long before they miraculasly found a pair of trousers which amazingly fitted perfectly!!! That is what i call service, without their help we could not have attended the event.
