  Excellent location, very very clean, friendly and helpful staff. The bed was really comfy and the blanket was huge. Did I mention the location was excellent? Because the location was excellent. The rooms were larger than I expected and clean. Beds very comfortable. You can't beat this location - it's right in the middle of everything.   The most fantastic water heater I've ever experienced in a hotel--the water was hot in seconds! They should also list that rooms have a hair dryer--that's a plus, but they didn't advertise it.   The staff were amazing, so friendly and really helpful running up to the weekend we were staying there. Eamonn was helpful and gave us good advice on where to in Galway. The rooms were spacious and clean, very comfortable and the location was excellent. It was just off Eyre Square so everything was a stones throw away. The hotel staff both in hotel and bar were the one of the best I have experienced in my travels.
