A very warm and friendly atmosphere, great value for money. Booked a single but got a room with a double and single nice room with an offer of tea to my room anytime I wanted to call for it for no charge, also complimentary newspaper in the morning which was nice. The staff are the highlight of the Hotel. The were so pleasant and good natured .The lady on reception Pauline was so efficient and hard working and willing to accomodate our request for a later than usual check out time.All in all very friendly and the bar food on Saturday was first class. The staff were extremely nice and friendly. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We also ate in the hotel and the food was top class. It was easy to find from Shannon Airport. It was welcoming, warm and the room was spotless and had everything we would want for a very good night's sleep. Staff most helpful. - They allowed me book in before the allocated booking time in order to facilitate a quicker check when I returned to the hotel after midnight to take my room.

The position of the hotel was fantastic and it was central for everything..shopping centre only 5-10 mins away...The view over the river shannonn was brilliant too and plenty of great irish bars near by. - I have staid in this hotel about 6 times all ready and i think it is exellent. The staff were amazingly helpful, they couldn't do enough for me and my family. They arranged a car space for my husband and literally stayed on the phone giving him directions to the hotel. One member of staff got into the car with me and personally took me to the car park underground. The staff couldn't do enough for us while we were there. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfast was very good also.

The staff we're extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms were most comfortable. The breakfast was of a high standard. The Hamptons restaurant offered us one of the best dining experiences we have ever had in a hotel. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. I would certainly hope to stay in The Savoy again.

One of our best stays at any hotel in the country, our room was spotless and the staff couldnt have been any more helpful. Fantastic value for money. - The room and the Fitness space. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed!

stayed for a romantic wkend break which included 2 nights and 1 evening meal with wine for €198. was excellent value and the evening meal we got was too notch couldn't fault it at all. the room was lovely, very clean and spacious.there was free parking at the hotel which was great as its very hard to find parking in city hotels. will def recommemd

Staff were all very helpful and friendly from first impressions at check in and right throughout our stay. Restaurant was really good with a very high standard of food and service. One of the top 3 fine dining restaurants in Limerick in my opinion. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Berge and Tom were absolutely wonderful hosts. As soon as we got there she served us tea and scones, she made sure she responded to all of our requests and anticipated our needs while there. I fully enjoyed my stay at the hotel, Limerick doesn't offer very muchbut the hotel made the stay amazing and we stayed only for one night.The room is great, the view is marvellous, the spa is so good.
