Staff friendliness, excellent customer service, fantastic hotel, fantastic food. Really made our stay as nice and relaxing as possible and will be back for another stay soon. ps. Their attention to detail was excellent. Very friendly and efficient in all areas - girls on reception/waiters, etc. Used the Spa, and it was a beautiful experience. Would do it all again! - The food is amazing, I would definatley recommend eating in the restaurant. The therapists in the spa are top class and there is a beautiful vitality suite.

I loved the attention to detail in providing you all the comforts of home. Apart from obvious things like kettle and tv, they have tea, coffe, sugar, washing up liquid and tea towels, full kitchen with dishwasher! washing machine, DVD player, soap and shampoo. Complex feels new and looks clean, beds and couches were nice and comfortable. Location is great as well, we did -
The apartments were such a relaxing place to stay with our two little girls (1.5 years and 3.5 years). Little door stoppers were provided and the girls had a ball running from one room to the next. It was lovely to not have stairs.
The apartments have been newly carpeted since we were last here and it was great to stay in a place with a fresh carpet smell. They were spotless.
The staff were absolutely fabulous. Very pleasant and so used to dealing with young kids.

Absolutely loved the high level of service, just had to ask once and was provided in a flash, loved the location and view from the room and the homely feel of the hotel, the bathroom design concept is stunning, simple yet sophisticated. The Spa was world class in fact one of the best spas I have visited especially loved the thermal suite concept..

everything, this is an amazing hotel. we went there to get engaged and had such a great time. we were upgraded to a suite which was a great start and our whole wkd was relaxed and thoroughly enjoyable. staff were amazing, they could not have done enough, food was excellent and the view was the best iv ever seen

We loved everything about the Muckross Park! We spent two nights for our wedding anniversary and felt thoroughly looked after and spoiled. Right from the minute we arrived and were met by Ted the concierge, who was knowledgeable and friendly to the reception and bar staff. It really made our whole trip and we will return without a doubt.

We loved Muckross Park Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was good, and the food and drink at the attached pub were
excellent. The room and bath was beautiful. The location was perfect for
us. It's away from all the busyness of Killarney and directly across
the street from the National Park and an easy path to Muckross Abbey and
Muckross House. I wish we'd stayed another day and taken advantage
of the bikes they have to loan, so we could have explored even more of

Enjoyed every minute...upgraded to the luxury suite and certainly worth it...waking up with a view of the Mcgillicuddy Reeks, wow! Any complaints about the lack of tea/coffee facilites are wasted, head downstairs and use the excellent facilities - Excellent, professional, courteous and friendly staff, who treated us like family. Terrific breakfast

I found the Dromhall Hotel to be so relaxing and the staff could not have been more helpful. I really enjoyed the coffee breaks at no extra charge, a very nice touch. Set in a quiet location, 1-mile from Killarney, this hotel offers fantastic facilities including an indoor pool, outdoor karting, leisure club, free parking and en suite rooms with satellite TVs.

price. The reception area and bar/restaurant area were nice and
the leisure centre was terrific although the gym was average at best.

The best family hotel myself and my parents have ever stayed in. I have two children aged 2 and 3 and they didn't want to leave! The family suite was fantastic with lots of space and facilities. The pool was great and very child safe with different areas for abilities and heights. The staff were all amazing and could not have been nicer. There were activities and clubs for the kids and bouncy castles and the outdoor playground was great for my two boys. Brilliant break all round.

Very suitable for young kids. I work in a leisure center and even though you pool is there a few years it was kept very clean. My little one locked the bathroom door and we were let use the bathroom in the room next door rather than change rooms late at night which was great with young kids. - i found the staff at the front desk as well as the staf
