The hotel was fabulous, everything was clean and the staff were veryfriendly and helpful. Taxi's were available within minutes (receptionordered them for us and they arrived right outside the door) and it wasonly a short spin into the city centre. - The reception staff were so courteous and helpful, I could not fault anything about the hotel, well

Ideally located for those travelling from Limerick or Galway.Veryprofessional and courteous staff. Within walking distance from the citycentre. Lovely lunch. The whole ambienceof the Hotel appealed to me, I really enjoyed a bite to eat and a few drinks in the bar, I thought it was very cosy and comfortable. - The friendliness of staff,the very good menu,and a very competative bar price.

The hotel staff were excellent throughout our stay and we were able to check in early, before 12, into a large spacious room. The food quality was very good as were the prices. The hotel is only a short walk from the main shopping street in Cork and the surrounding area was quiet. The leisure facilities are good although the locker area needs an up

The staff were very helpful and pleasant at all times. The pool was alsoa great success. The range of food at breakfast was the best we haveever seen in an irish hotel - excellent staff especially our waiter in the resturant,lovely room and pool and the food was fantastic

I had a very enjoyable experience on a weekend in Cork with my friends. We found the Ashley Hotel to be a great spot to stay right in the centre, close to all the best, high-street shops. The location of the Imperial Hotel is great for getting out and about in Cork. Nearby are so many bars and fabulous restaurants. The Escape Spa in the hotel is superb - you must give it a try! - The room felt very comfartable and was very stylish.Staff was very helpfull.

I asked for all kinds of help and I was always very satisfied - this hotel has very helpful staff and excellent service delivery. I am 56 years old and this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The health spa and gym are excellent with great staff so do try them. Indeed I dropped my wallet in the gym and it was at the reception waiting for me.

We found the staff very friendly and helpful , we wanted to go for dinner in city so the clerk at reception recommended and booked us a lovely restaurant which was exactly what we were looking for . We stayed there as my friends were celebrating their wedding there onthe saturday. The staff could not have been more courteous and helpful.The food served at the wedding reception was outstanding - 5 star foodand service. They went above and beyond for everyone and I could notfault them. By far the best wedding venue I have ever been to. - Relaxin
