  It was easy to find from Shannon Airport. It was welcoming, warm and the room was spotless and had everything we would want for a very good night's sleep. Staff most helpful. - They allowed me book in before the allocated booking time in order to facilitate a quicker check when I returned to the hotel after midnight to take my room.

  The staff are the highlight of the Hotel. The were so pleasant and good natured .The lady on reception Pauline was so efficient and hard working and willing to accomodate our request for a later than usual check out time.All in all very friendly and the bar food on Saturday was first class.   Brilliant value, friendly bar in the hotel along with restaurant and bar next door. Excellent service in the restaurant and good breakfast - as I am a coeliac, I asked if they had any gluten free bread and yes they had! - Apartment was lovely, very clean and spacious.
