Very friendly staff at reception on checking in, and out. Got an upgrade, really appreciated! Unfortunately had to leave very early next morning! - The ambiance of the whole place is so restful. It is very quiet, the food is excellent and the staff are very helpful and polite.

The food was very good and the Staff were friendly and helpful. As I had a broken ankle, I sincerely appreciated the wheelchair provided and the help and concern I received from the Staff. I enjoyed the Irish breakfast also.

We arrived a little late in the evening but Noreen gave us a warm welcome and showed us around. We stayed in the family bedroom which had one room with two single beds connected to a room with a double bed. We were very comfortable. We rode horses the next morning and Micheal and their two sons helped us and we went on a tour of the farm. The family was great, the food tastey, and the accommodations very comfortable.

For a B&B service, and those who love to stay with a personal touch, I will say that Bunratty Grove Guesthouse is the ideal place with its charming hosts, a cheerful looking house, cosy atmosphere and nearby attractions and local restaurants, pubs ... The owner of the Mews is such a sweet heart. So very welcoming! The mews is a real interesting place and the breakfast is to your heart content! The mews is literally 10 mins walk from the castle. No car needed. If you attend a late banquet, don't forget to pack a torch with you for your way back!

The beautiful location! The grounds are wonderful and well kept. You just can't beat it. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The bathrooms are large and have heated mirrors so they never fogged up. The staff is hospitable and informative. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return to take advantage of all the amenities.
