Staff were most friendly from trying to locate a phone charger for me tobringing ice to the room. It was a great stay and on the merit of thestaff alone I would recommend, the hotel is lovely too. - The room was lovely, particularly liked the free wi fi in the lobby. This was one of the very few B&B's that provided free internet, we do not have a tablet or laptop etc. and found it very handy. The sitting area was very comfortable with all one could require including a kitchen with coffee and teas. A 2 minute walk and we found ourselves in Trappers Pub ready for a good pub dinner. Gerry was very helpful making sure everything was to our liking.

The rooms were clean and warm.

Theresa cooked an early breakfast on our last day, we had an early start to meet Dublin flights. We will definitely stay there again next trip. -

Lovely Hotel, Staff were very friendly and polite. The room was very clean and comfortable. We didn't use the Bistro but the food both in the bar and for breakfast was very good. Accommodation in Galway is generally quite expensive, but St Judes' Lodge was good value for money. The rooms were basic, but immaculately clean and comfortable. The breakfast (for €6 per person) was excellent and well worth it.
St Judes is just a short stroll (10 minutes) to Eyre Square. I would definitely stay there again. -

Great position, good quality accommodation attached to character pub right in Eyre Square in the heart of the attractive and vibrant city of Galway. Fabulous breakfast - individually cooked (instead of withering in a buffet) and served in a lovely room over the old pub. Pleasant friendly staff.
