Appreciated having Euro plugs in the wall, because I had forgotten myUK/Ireland adapter to charge my phone. Also, very close to the airport-- easy walking distance if you want, but very quick shuttle service aswell, if you have lots of bags. - The convenience of location, the attitude and helpfulness of the staff.

Beautiful hotel, the rooms are lovely and you get alot more than you pay for. The Restaurant is quite expensive but it is worth every penny.
I have no complaints what so ever. The atmosphere is relaxed and easy going and every detail in the hotel has been finished remarkably. Make sure you visit the toilets in the lounge.. .. great stay. - Staff w

We liked everything! There was a warm welcome on reception and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Being relatively cheap compared to BnBs nearby we were expecting basic but everything we could want was provided, including towels and tea and coffee sachels on arrival. We all (4 of us) slept well with no complaints about the beds or the rooms

Either letsbookhotel.com made an error in booking the room or i did, but the room was only booked for one person somehow instead for 2 persons. The host, Matt, was greatly helpful about it and he worked with us by providing us a second pull in bed in the room even though he was completely booked. I can't praise Lisadell house highly enough. Upon arrival we were given the warmest and friendliest of greetings which instantly put us at ease. The room was bright, clean and warm. Nice little ensuite too. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and served with a bit of banter. Excellent value for money and we would absolutely stay there again.

From the moment we arrived we felt comfortable and welcome. I had called ahead to ask if our room could be ready earlier than normal check in time to enable us to freshen up and change for a wedding after travelling by car from Dublin and this was readily and reliably arranged. We had a clean, spacious and comfortable room with a great shower. Breakfast is good, hot food, coffee and juice. The location is not too far from town - it takes about 20 minutes to walk or you can jump on the bus that stops out the front and runs up the main street of Cork. Almost everything! The location is perfect, the owners are decent, lovely, kind and very helpful. Couldn't ask for a better host. The value for our money in the room we got was excellent. The breakfast is everything we wanted plus it's served with a smile from the owners. How can you not have an enjoyable stay in such a place not too mention they got free WiFi. I will recommend the place to our friends anytime. Will go back there if we get a chance.
