The location of the hotel is fantastic, the standard of the room,facilities and customer service is one of the highest I have seen acrossthe world. Nothing is too much trouble. The aircon was fantastic, Therooms were very clean and well serviced. The beds were very comfortable.Had a great stay would recommend to everyone the ymca is not a hostelfor the young! It is a great hotel for all ages. Get a room with a viewand be in at 8pm to watch the laser show. - The hotel was very convenient to everything! Location was perfect. I felt very safe and comfortable at the Salisbury YMCA. It was even better than I had expected. I enjoyed being so close to the Star Ferry, MTR and attractions. Everything was in walking distance. Having a Star Bucks across the street was an added bonus! I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Hong Kong.

I loved the view from my habourview room, from the Sky Lounge and the rooftop pool terrace! The hotel really has a perfect location. I also liked the room itself which was very big, clean and nice. I also appreciated the friendlyness and good English of the staff and the quick check-in and check-out. All in all, I enjoyed my stay very much. -

Breakfast was superb, plenty of options, on level 18. View was to die for, our room had beautiful harbour views, and meal in restaurant was very good, staff helpfull. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

The date we checked in is my husband's birthday. The front desk realized and greeting him with " Happy birthday". Since we just stepped out the plane from 14 hrs plane ride, we both surprised with their detail customer relations. One reason my family likes The Kimberley Hotel is because of its location. It is conveniently located minutes away from the MTR station, and also Hong Kong cafeterias serving excellent food. The location cannot be beat! 4-minutes walk to MTR station.
Our 20th floor suite with kitchenette was clean, had a comfortable king bed in a separate bedroom and a sofa-bed in the living room. The air conditioning worked great and helped keep the humidity down to an acceptable level, since it was pouring rain outside for the two days we were there.
The front desk, consierge and houskeeing staff were all friendly and helpful to us.

We stayed in the room with the harbour view and loved it. We were cellebreting our wedding anniversary and the hotel made us feel really special. They offered me flowers when I got to the hotel and the next day when we got back in the evening there were champagne and chocolate with a card signed for all the staff. Very kind ! All the staff has an exceptional attention to the guests, always aware of everything ir order to helping the guests. Next time in HK we'll definetly stay at Shangri-La. Pe

Staff were friendly, check in efficient. Room was a good size, very comfortable bed and fabulous bathroom. Toiletries were of a good standard and free minibar items a bonus, although not as good brands as those in the free minibar of another (cheaper) hotel we had stayed in the night before in HK. -The hotel is just at 5 minutes walk (through the underground shops) from Kowloon Station, one of the main station. In this station you can leave you luggage for you flight. So that you can do a day shopping and flying for example 8 hours later.

The staff were very nice and helpful espeically with getting us anothernights stay during the typhoon, pool was great. Room was verycomfortable and clean and it was very close to transport around HongKong and a great location for walking to downtown Kowloon - very helpful in giving me directions and suggestions, loved the pool and pool side service
