  The location of the hotel is fantastic, the standard of the room,facilities and customer service is one of the highest I have seen acrossthe world. Nothing is too much trouble. The arrangements for check outwere great too -they have a secure baggage service and use of showersand changing rooms for the late flights. I felt very safe and comfortable at the Salisbury YMCA. It was even better than I had expected. I enjoyed being so close to the Star Ferry, MTR and attractions. Everything was in walking distance. Having a Star Bucks across the street was an added bonus! I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Hong Kong. - The hotel is close to all major tourist spots outstanding view (wouldcost you aprox £500 per night next door). The aircon was fantastic, Therooms were very clean and well serviced. The beds were very comfortable.Had a great stay would recommend to everyone the ymca is not a hostelfor the young! It is a great hotel for all ages. Get a room with a viewand be in at 8pm to watch the laser show.

Breakfast buffet also excellent. Very strongly recommended - The hotel is in a very good location with easy access to Harbour City/Ocean Terminal, and it is not far from the MRT station. The rooms are nice, and the beds are big and comfortable, with lots of pillows. Connecting rooms were provided as we had requested. Moreover, all five of our reservations were upgraded. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provide great service, especially Victor at the Front Desk. The breakfast buffet is also good.

  We stayed here last year December. More then what we expected, Interior decorating of Hotel lobby to our Hotel room very nice, modern, & catchy. They made Checkin - Nearly everything! The location was perfect. We brought our 7-month old baby along with her 5-year old sister, and we did not experience any difficulty getting to the train station (Tsim Tsa Tsui), buying breakfast or dinner (as hotel have family restaurants in very close proximity to it!), hailing a cab even at 11pm to go to Temple St. A real value for money. A very comfortable and pleasant stay. Wifi everywhere, which was a big plus unlike some hotels that charges you for the internet connect

  One reason my family likes The Kimberley Hotel is because of its location. It is conveniently located minutes away from the MTR station, and also Hong Kong cafeterias serving excellent food. Our suite which could accommodate three people wasn't particularly large, but the free Wi-fi was a bonus. The room was clean, and despite finding it prepared for two when we first checked in, that was quickl - The location cannot be beat! 4-minutes walk to MTR station. Our 20th floor suite with kitchenette was clean, had a comfortable king bed in a separate bedroom and a sofa-bed in the living room. The air conditioning worked great and helped keep the humidity down to an acceptable level, since it was pouring rain outside for the two days we were there. The front desk, consierge and houskeeing staff were all friendly and helpful to us.

  The hotel has a very good location. The shops, restaurants, MTR station and the church were all walking-distance . The staff is very accommodating. Twelve members of my family checked-in, 8 adults and 4 kids. We reserved 4 rooms and we were given 2 sets of adjoining rooms, how convenient! This show that the hotel cares about its customers and communicated it very well.
