Everything. All the staff was extremely friendly and discreet with a very warm welcoming upon arrival and a welcome complimentary tea set service while I arrived in the room. excellent location in the midst of bustling busy Hong Kong. Room with a view; facing the harbour and he boat traffic.
Busy activities in the lobbt and common areas makes you not feel lonely even if you are alone.

We stayed for single nights at the beginning and end of a trip to SE Asia. On each check in, we requested and were given late checkouts to accommodate our onward flights. The room was clean and comfortable. One complaint we had at this hotel and throughout our trip was the inability to get simple foam pillows for our allergies to down. The breakfast was very good with a larger than normal selection of all types of quality foods. I used the hot tub spa which was a welcome therapy to help rec

We stayed in the room with the harbour view and loved it. We were cellebreting our wedding anniversary and the hotel made us feel really special. They offered me flowers when I got to the hotel and the next day when we got back in the evening there were champagne and chocolate with a card signed for all the staff. Very kind ! All the staff has an exceptional attention to the guests, always aware of everything ir order to helping the guests. Next time in HK we'll definetly stay at Shangri-La. Pe

THe decor of room-all the staff-especially Robert,George,Eric Kelvin and our room cleaner but all staff were lovely!!The situation in HK and the great views. - Very Central Location and all the management and staff were most helpfull.I would highly recommend the hotel.

... τι λέει ο κόσμος » is beautiful,clean, beds soft, spa excellent,gym great! etc! - I liked the Royal Plaza Hotel because the staff was quick and very efficient. Checking in and out was very easy. The room's interior was well-decorated with a big nice window but there is no view of the harbor though. There is also a mall beside the hotel so it is very convenient to buy what you need.

I'm really impressed by the services provided by the hotel staffs during my 4 nights stay at Butterfly on Hollywood. I love 'Hollywood' themed rooms & walkways & I've always looked forward to coming back to my hotel after a long hustling day out in the city. It's comfy & homey & the staffs always welcome you back with smiling faces

helpful staff for a demanding person like us. also, we bought alot of things in HK and need some transportation and staorage. kind and friendly staff provided us with lots of help. The staff was highly professional. You are greeted right away. There is a doorman who opens the taxi door and takes your bags. The don't expect tips (obviously giving one doesn't hurt). The hotel room is very nice the Courtyard Marriott Brand.

it's quite pricey, but we got a good deal. But nothing beats it's location. Room is quite large for HK standard. Staff were very helpful - The bathroom is excellent and the bed is very comfortable. What amaze me is we can surf internet using their free wifi and 42" LCD TV.

We had a wonderful stay the the Langham! The staff are amazing, the hotel and facilities the best we have stayed in. A great location as well. Highly recommend staying here. - everything was excellent.we arrived in the morning but they gave us the rooms in 10 min.the rooms were very quiet,it was a pleasure to stay there.
