My scores are based off of what I expected to get at the price I paid, for that I would say everything was excellent. The size of the room was larger than other guesthouses you would expect at its price range. Some of the things I was looking for were, cleanliness, good wifi, and a safe place to store my things, all of which were excellent. My room also had a very good, newer a/c unit, and the double bed was large enough for me. The location was extremely convenient. Chung King Mansion is locat.
όλα τα σχόλια » Fantastic location, right in the heart of Tsim Sha Sui, just a short walk from the harbour for ferry across to the city, the light show and many other things. Great value for money, clean and secure, great vibe to the whole building/area in general. Manager was helpful/friendly. Everything you need for a short stay in a brilliant city!. The manager/owner met me at check-in and was very friendly, showing me to my room. The room itself was simple but clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked perfectly. The hot water was hot. Oh, and the room was quiet. In general, a very pleasant stay. The owner was really nice, as I was wit small daughter he upgraded me from double room to family room in a newer guesthouse in the same location, it was very new, clean, comfortable and lovely. Very Friendly service made it feel like a home away from home will defenatly stay there agen left feeling very good value for money. the receptionist is nice, and would borrow hair dryer and adapter; the room is small but it's good enough at such a price. close to MRT (1 minute walk) exit D, close to shopping center, reasonable price, nice staff, free wifi is very good. The staff there was extremely helpful and kind, thank you very much. We enjoyed our stay very much. Near city. The man who owns it (or at least the man who was always around there) was wonderful. A really lovely guy and always very welcoming whenever we arrived back from a day out. He also stored our bags for us on our last day which was really nice of him. The room was small but we wernt expecting anything different and it suited our needs perfectly. The place seem very secure which gives you peace of mind. People mention problems with lifts and having to wait for ages, we really don't find this an iss. Chung King Mansion itself, unrelated to Reliance Inn, feels a little unsafe, especially at night. I emphasize "feel" there are actually security cameras everywhere and I don't expect anything would happen in such a populated place. The elevator wait can be around 5-10 minutes at night, but its fine at other times. Nothing, really. Chung King Mansion is Chung King Mansion. This didn't really bother me but if you're a more delicate traveler you might want to do a little research on CKM ahead of time. on the outside a bit rough and ready but this does not afect the performance of the guest house. Realy dont have any think bad to say. it'd be better if there serves shower gel,shampoo, or sth like that, but still you can borrow from the receptionist. None. The access to the Inn was difficult, only one small lift. small elevator, often long line to wait for car to the 13th floor. Crowded building where the guest house is situated. Too small. Nothing was a problem at all. The Chungking mansions themselves are a bit daunting at first but nothing worth complaining about. I was travelling with my boyfriend so felt ok. However I would be reluctant to stay in the mansions alone, I don't think it's the place for single and especially women travellers. I think I would feel a bit unsafe. But that just my opinion. Overall would highly recommend the reliance inn and thank you for a lovely stay. 1Stly, scary cos mostly sales person around there was Indian but aft 2- 3days been there, everything goin fine for us.. :). Too small bathroom Small elevator and wait a bit long The environment (in building) a bit dirty. Not as clean as on pictures. The room is difference from the website picture and room is small. The toilet have little bad smell. The building is very dirty and feel not safety inside the building except inside the hotel. Small room. There were roaches in the room. The room was too small, the bathroom is extremely small, no window, the Chung King mansion is a very bad place. But Hong Kong there is no cheap budget hotel :S. Quite hard to find and not in a very nice area. Dirty room. The lift to inn was terrible you need to wait at least 20 mins to get into The inn was dirty and floor was oily bedsheet were soiled and mattress foul the person in charge was drinking alcohol room ordered were not given. We booked a triple bedroom and they gave us a twin bedroom. Bathroom was very dirty. At the end one of us had to sleep on the floor.
