Very clear and comfortable room. Furniture is quite new. I ever lived the hotel nearby, but not as clear as Manila. Staff is very friendly, and help you as possible as they can. Good location, new to the shopping place and Victoria Port. In a word, good choice!. As the chinese says,though the sparrow is small, it has all the vital organs. The room may be small but it is fully equipped and very clean. I have a wonderful time over there. The staff are very cooperative, keep up the good work.

Sam, the guy who looked after the rooms, was really friendly and very professional. The rooms were spotless too although we had a small problem with the shower it was quickly sorted out. I get to watch my Movies on my hard drive thru the TV and free internet access... Cheap. cheap and good location. The long wait at the lifts. Small rooms. Long line for lift. Crowded in front of building. Narrow room. low speed wifi space. Only boiling water and no normal temperature drinking water. toilet & room very very small..hard to move in the room!. I guess for the money, the place is OK. But overall, it is not my kind hotel and I don't think I will stay there again. the staffs are very bad service, do not even provide a receipt. we moved three different blocks and spent 1 hour to settle down. the room is new because it's a new hotel, but the sheet is dirty like they never change it. When I asked to change one they changed it to one washed but very smelly. Nasty building.poor elevator.no blanket in my room.it's winter!! Finally I get the blanket but it's dirty like somebody use it before.the price a little bit high. room is too small and they didn't clean the room throughout the stay. Payment term confussing. The location is fine in TST but the building is pretty horrendous. Sales people hassling inside and outside the building, smell of food, queues for the lifts and even out on the street there are the same guys constantly trying to get you to buy a suit. Really tiresome. My bed did not get made after i got back from long travel. I used their coffee cup and it was nasty, so I have to wash it properly with lots of soap. Every person that open the door wakes me up... I didn't get a good long sleep at all. Too Smal Bad environment Dangerous area. No toilet paper. the whole bulding was crowded all the time and elevators were full, needed to wait ages to get in and the stairs are dirty and look terrible. They sell sex magazins on the gournd flour. This is disgusting. Never come back again.
