H ανεση του δωματιου - Great location -- step out the door and look to the left at Hadrian's Arch and to the right to the Acropolis. It was nice to also have a large suite with room to spread out, the bed was very comfortable and staff were great. They upgraded us to an executive suite at no cost and brought champagne! This is one of the best boutique hotels we have stayed in.
The staff were outstanding. Very helpful with suggestions particularly for restaurants in the area and catching the metro/ferries etc.

The hotel is charming, beautiful, clean with a staff that is so helpful
and welcoming. They provide champagne and chocolates upon arrival.
Additionally, they helped us with our boarding passes. They are right in
the Plaka district within walking distance to many of the attractions.
Loved it. And, I purposely left a pair of sneakers there and when I
returned home there was an e mail letting me know that I had left
them....and they wanted to know what I wanted them to do with them. Very

The Athos is located within walking distance of the Plaka area and the Acropolis as well as the Temple of Zeus and Hadrian's Arch...we are walkers but this is easy walking. If you can get a room on the 4th floor you can get a spectacular view of the Parthenon from your window. Either way the view from the roof is just as beautiful.. The shopping streets are close by too, as well as lots of good eating options.
