We absolutelly loved the place. As some of the prefvious reviewers said, the rooms are actually more impressive then in photos. Many romantic details, the bed is very comfortable, bath supplies by l'occitane, bathtub, tasty breakfast with freshly squeezed juise, beautiful location, and I could go on and on. What's not to love about Le Clos de Grace. Eloise and Olivier (the
owners) are fantastic hosts. The property is well taken care and the
breakfast are excellent. The rooms were luxurious and extremely
comfortable. Each day Eloise gave us some great restaurant
recommendations. We would definitely stay there again on another trip to
Honfleur / surrounding area.

Bayeux is a picturesque town in Normandy and I'm so happy we chose La Tour Louise as our base for exploring the region. William, our host, was very hospitable and gave excellent tips on things to see and do. In fact, the places he pointed out to us were probably the highlights of our tour of the D-Day sites.

The Location is excellent for exploring Bayeux on foot. Most of the major sightseeing is within several blocks and parking is free for those with an automobile. It is also a great point for day tripping to all parts of the Normandy coast and WWII Invasion points of interest. We stayed 3 nights and could have found enough activities for many more nights. Many restaurants nearby.

We spent two days at La Villa des Fleurs where we had the most delightful time. A lot of it is down to the owner, Christophe, who is the most pleasant and helpful host one can imagine. This was easily one of our best hotels in our 17 day tour of France and
Belgium. Christopher, our host, is extra friendly, has good English
skills and operates a very nice lodging facility. It is very clean, well-

It was a delightful 5 night stay at a good price. Quaint village and
beautiful hotel in quiet garden setting. Nice room though 3 stories of
stairs to climb. Host and hostess were wonderful and so helpful though

This was a great B&B. Ryes is a very small country town in Normandy but it is central to all the D-Day sights (most are within 1 hour drive) and you can go to a nearby town on Gold Beach for great restaurants by the sea. The owner is very friendly and the rooms are well appointed.

Hotel d'Argouges is an absolutely charming destination to enjoy the

The sense of style was evident, easy, and inclusive. Staff were withoutexception garcious, even to the "new money-no manners" clientele who areattracted by the hotel's reputation. - The hotel was beautiful. Golf course was great, service and staff were exceptional.

Arromanches is a great base of operations for exploring the Normandy
Landing sites. With the remains of the Mulberry visible from the town,
it sets the tone and peaks interest. The Mountbatten turned out to be a

very beautiful hotel! The room is like a 'private' smsll apartment. Cleanliness is great. You have also a private parking, very useful during the day, when Arromanches is starting to become croudy.
The breakfast was essential but really good.
I want to come back to this hotel one day....Arromanches os a place full of history and with a particular atmosphere!

This is a lovely hotel ideally situated on the outskirts of Honfleur
overlooking the Seine estuary. I cannot praise it highly enough.
Everything about it was perfect from the lovely room and breakfast to
the superb restaurant. The owner and her team were exceptional and went
out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. -

Absolutely lived the village. Perfect. Walking the marina and seeing the fresh fish unloaded in the morning - just had to but some oysters. A simply beautiful place to stay and an excellent hotel (both for the thought that had gone into the hotel rooms and the location). Won't hesitate to go there again.
