A wonderful old, quirky hotel right in the middle of Bayeux literally a stone's throw from the tapestry museum and the cathedral with great restaurants, cafes and bars right on its doorstep. We were very pleased with the room we reserved at the ibis hotel. It was
modern, spacious, clean and very comfortable. Its’ signature is the
Poppy. Poppies adorn the carpets of the halls and the room numbers of
each door; very classy. I figure this was the nicest room we stayed in
during the entire two weeks we traveled around France and England.

The position in relation to the local bars and restaurants was excellent . Staff were very helpful. Room was very comfortable . We enjoyed our stay very much even though it was only a stop over on the way to the ferry port , it was lovely and extended our holiday . Thank you

Room not spacious but very comfortable. Bathroom spotless, large shower. Breakfasts really excellent, with lots of choice. Staff very helpful and polite. Lots of free carparking. Bus available nearby for town centre. -

It was comfortable, clean, great reception, walking distance to the station and to Deauville. The location was fantastic. Close to beaches as well as restaurants, cafes, bars and shops.
I liked the fact that some thought was put into the design of the hotel to make life easier and more comfortable. The curtains kept out the light in the early hour
