Pretty much everything though we did not eat at the hotel apart from a coffee and croissant in the morning so i would have to limit our comments in that regard - i think the location is probably what made the strongest impression with its panoramic view of the beach and promenade. -

There are rooms on the 3rd floor with big balconies. We were on the 4th floor, with at least a good view and big windows. Public parking at one- minute walking distance

This is a lovely hotel set about 10 minutes walk from the centre of

Comfortable bed, fridge in room, the best shower I've ever had in a hotel. The hotel is located just outside of the center of the city so you can park on the street for free but still walk into town in 5-10 minutes.

welcoming and helpful staff, excellent location and a moden clean luxuious hotel - we were able to book the hotel under a competitve offer otherwise I would have found it to be expensive - The room was really nice and big.

Spotless, spacious comfortable accommodation together with well trained professional staff made this the ideal spot for a weekend break in Biarritz. Our room (505) had a view of the sea and the lighthouse.

All in all, great value for the rate paid. -
It was our honeymoon and the roo.s didn't disappoint! We got a free upgrade to a seaside view because it was our honeymoon! The rooms were lovely, ac was brilliant and the staff were great. Parking us right next door for €15 a day. Great location, minutes walk from the beach and brilliant views

We love the location by the small beach and the convenience to bars and restaurants. The rooms are tiny but always super clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is now available onsite but we venture out to the local cafe instead.

The hotel staff were excellent and the position on Milady good - not too busy with access to a nice beach - The restaurant had a good range of food, and it's very resonable if you take their menu of the day. The proximity to the highway was excellent if you're using Biarritz as a base.

The reception/managers were very obliging and couldn't have been more helpful - always cheery and positive - were prepared to spend the time to make sure we understood. The garden was great. The sculpture added a nice touch. The designer touches were evident everywhere, but suitably under-stated. The staff were warm and friendly and thoughtful. Breakfast seemed a bit pricey by English standards, but was actually excellent value compared to other places we tried in Biarritz and environs. -
