After a not-so-great experience with a booking at another apartaman, we decided to try our luck at getting a last-minute booking at Villa Gravić. Luckily, there was an affordable room with a beautiful view, and the owner was so friendly, kind and generous. Evanna the owner of villa gravic could not be more helpful when 17 of us landed at her door when she was expecting 10. She couldn't do enough to accommodate us and gave us great advice on local amenities. Half of our group were flying to Ireland at 6.45 am with the rest flying to the uk later that day. She provided a mini bus to the airport and let those leaving later check out late, both were much appreciated. This is a quiet family run block of apartments and would suit people looking for som

Everything is brilliant about this place: right in the heart of the city with a view to the ancient Forum, staff really friendly and helpful, dorms have large beds with a decor that gives you privacy with big lockers and ensuite bathrooms with shower and toilet room separately. The owner Marko and his family are incredibly hospitable and helpful. The hosts Vinko (mr Kardum) and mrs Kardum were very warm and friendly.
Even though they spoke little English they were very warm in making us
feel welcome and telling us about themselves. Their service was
excellent, we left some things at the apartment and they went out of
their way to arrange the return of the things to us at our final
destination before we departed Croatia. The apartment was newly
renovated and was clean & comfortable with carpark. We really

The apartment was clean and well-furnished with many thoughts given to guest comfort. The hosts offered to both meet us at the airport and return us to the airport at a fraction of the cost of a taxi. We were close to the beach and to markets where we could buy food to cook at home or bring on picnics. Truly an excellent value for the money! -

The Batur family was quiet helpful in answering our queries. Apartment was clean and well kept. Bus stop is nearby - 5-10 mins walk. A further 10-15 mins bus ride to the old city. Bus is also frequent. a local shop is nearby. lot of restuarants nearby to spend a nice lovely evening. Locality was nice. Overall a good experience

The owner was very helpful, friendly, accommodating and nice. He made sure our stay was good and he sent us to the airport at a fairly decent price. The accommodation was very near to the beach, making it very convenient as a place to stay on our last night in Croatia. Facilities provided were a good value for money - we had a terrace, kitchen and decent ensuite bathroom at a good price.

Absolutely loved this place. THe hosts were simply amazing. Thoughtful and thorough. It was just so sad we only got to stay here for the one night. On our return to Zadar we will definitely stay here longer and will try to saty at this apartment.

We didn't stay at the pansion, but by accident we neded up having dinner there the first of our four days in Zadar. And, we had the remaining three dinners there as well even though ít was a 10 minute ride from Zadar. Fantastic place - Everything. A delightful place in a beautiful situation. Charming staff. Great location just a few meters from the beach. Room was comfy and the area very calm. Lovely old lady running the show when I was there - the mother of the owner I think. She didn't speak English but that wasn't really a problem. Coffee and a shot of slivo on the house upon arrival. What else can you ask for? Great overall value.

Extremely comfortable apartment situated close to all the major sights of Zadar and the cafés and restaurants. The apartment owners are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble for them. The apartment was just as nice and clean as described. You can have a private parking place behind the house. The staff is really nice. Anything you could ask was no problem for them. I strongly recommend it for you if you like to go around the city all day and in the evening the only things you need are a clean and comfy bed and a shower. -
