Beautiful apartment, fitted out to a very high standard and with a very large balcony. Pebble beach with very clear sea is at the end of the driveway. Hosts were lovely and very friendly - they even held a barbecue evening for all their guests free of charge and made vegetarian food especially for us. -

Absolutely loved this place. THe hosts were simply amazing. Thoughtful and thorough. It was just so sad we only got to stay here for the one night. On our return to Zadar we will definitely stay here longer and will try to saty at this apartment.

Location was excellent. Right n the heart of the Old town, so easy access to everything. But also quiet, because down a side street. Room very stylish, and smart, and had everything you could need. Superb shower. Breakfast was excellent and more fullsome than other places we stayed in Croatia, plus the kind waitress put us together a punnet of lovely fresh fruit to take on our way! Would definitely recommend.

Gorgeous room, right on the waterfront with a great view. We had a lovely stay. The apartment is based just across the bridge from the old town, it's a 2 minute walk in. Everything about the room is top notch. It's a bit hard to find since it's not visibly signposted, but check the map before you go. If you cross the bridge from the old town, it's directly on the left past the nearest cafe.

Loved the brand new apartment overlooking the sea and a 2.5km walk to the old town along a lovely path next to the sea. A great place to ride bikes up and down the coast to the old and when we called the owners to find out how to hire bikes, they went out and bought us a brand new pair of his and her bikes and two locks - now that's what you call

The host Marijana was very helpful and attentive to our needs. We made the booking last minute and she arrived at midnight to meet us with very little notice and a bottle of wine. Apartment has great air con and large balcony. Looks out at the sea and only few minutes walk to swimming area.

Great location to access Paklenica National Park. Modern, clean, tidy, stylish family run hotel. Lovely relaxing atmostphere, romantic outook from our balcony room. Option to swim right in front of the hotel. Fabulous food including fresh fish cooked outside on a purpose built brick oven with hotplate. Hotel owner went out of her way to accommodate our needs. The best hotel we stayed in in the entire two week touring trip of Croatia

Incredible place. I have seen some reviews which state the hotel is quite far from the town centre. It is a little further out but this is by no means a bad thing! You easily walk into town in 20 minutes and it is straight down the road so you can't get lost and is a very pleasant walk on a nice evening to work up an appetite.

We stayed at this brand new hotel for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. They have such an awesome business! The rooms are quiet, clean, modern.. pretty much perfect. The people working in the hotel are the kindest people we met the whole holiday (we went to 5 different hotels). The breakfast was really good! They also give you all the information you want. The beds are very comfortable.
We are coming back next year and recommend this hotel to anyone.

I really liked the interior of the studio we lived in. We had our own balcony, kitchen, bathroom, double bed. It was amazing experience, because the staff was always friendly, always asking if we needed anything. Its a perfect place for people who wants to get a cheap, but high class accommodation in Zadar. Even if Villa is not in the center, its only 40 minutes walk to the Old part of the town, and 10 mins to sea. Its a perfect place for people, who likes active or passive holidays. I especial
