Located near Borik Park, in the historical city of Zadar, Apartments Kardum features air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi and a balcony or terrace. Sandy and pebbly beaches can be found 500 metres from the apartments. All units at the Kardum feature a sunny terrace, a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining room. Living room is equipped with satellite TV, while the private bathrooms feature a bath or shower or free toiletries. Apartments are set in two buildings close to each other. The building on Matije Gupca Street features a garden with a barbecue overlooking the sea, while the new building on Ivana Dukovića Street offers an amazing view of the Zadar Archipelago. The centre of Zadar can be reached in 2.5 km. Zadar features the unique Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun. The Old Town offers historical sites such as St. Donatus Church and the Landward Gate. Grocery shops, a supermarket, tennis courts and the tourist office can all be found within a 300-metre radius. Local bus stop is just 50 metres away. Ferry Port can be reached in 2.5 km, while Zadar Airport is 10 km away. Airport shuttle can be organised for an additional charge and on request. Parking is free for all guests.

The owner Marko and his family are incredibly hospitable and helpful. I stayed at the apartment for a whole month while on a Croatian language course and had quite a few needs but I never had to ask for anything twice. I felt very much at home in the apartment. The view from the balcony is truly stunning. The double bed is very comfortable as is the sofa bed. There's a very good pizzeria and a nice bar around the corner, a supermarket open till 22.00 and Diklo beach less than 5 mins by car. The.
όλα τα σχόλια » The hosts Vinko (mr Kardum) and mrs Kardum were very warm and friendly. Even though they spoke little English they were very warm in making us feel welcome and telling us about themselves. Their service was excellent, we left some things at the apartment and they went out of their way to arrange the return of the things to us at our final destination before we departed Croatia. The apartment was newly renovated and was clean & comfortable with carpark. We really appreciate their assistance . The appartment was very well located with some nice restaurants and shopping malls close by. The owners were very friendly and went an extra mile to ensure we had a good stay. The son of the owner by name of Marco was there when we needed to talk to someone in english. Parking was right in front and we could directly offload our goods into the balcony. I am very satisfied with the stay and would reccomend this to any small family visting zadar. We've got two bedroom appartment with a huge salon+kitchen for a very nice price. It was clean, renovated, comfortable and quiet - just the kind you would like to be your own house. The owners were very friendly, hospitable and ancious to help us - gave us a few brochures about the city, told us how we can get to the nearest supermarket and to the city center, etc. Nice apartments and friendly owners (the father speaks German and the son English). The main pictures on letsbookhotel.com website (modern kitchen & bathroom) only relates to the apartments located on Ivana Duknovica Street 15. I had booked a studio with Terrace - Matije Gupca 37 Street and was very disappointed. The kitchen & bathroom was from the 80’s and room was dark and small. The only plus was a terrace with the sea view. There are no pictures showing the studio inside (garden & terrace only) so watch out!. The walk into the old town is a bit long but aparently it is also possible to take the bus (since most of the apartments/hotels in Zadar are located around this apartment, you don't really have a choice). * Everything in the kitchen/bedroom/bathroom was straight from the 70's, very retro..almost too much for our taste. Though very clean so not a problem on that behalf. Bedroom had new floors and flat screen tv, that was nice. * Weird smell in kitchen * Lots of insects, mosquitos, ants and other small crawlers. * Long way to the beach, but manageable by walk. (Many other apartments also in this area so location not that bad) * A little too far to walk to the city though, we used our car. not centralized. The apartment does not reflect the nice fit out as displayed on the web page and this has been misleading. The price for a studio - 150euro for 3nights and 195euro for 1 bedroom apartment in September in my opinion was completely overpriced (compared to apartments standard stayed before). The owner additionally charges 1.5 EURO city tax per person per night, which is not included in the booking price (I had to negotiate and didn’t pay it). Also, the apartment needs to be paid up front.
