This hotel and the proprietor are both absolutely charming. Carinne made us feel as though we were being welcomed into her own home. On arrival she gave us coffee and biscuits and a very helpful explanation of what Ieper had to offer. Our room was private, very quiet and very comfortable. The mini-bar was stocked with free beverages and snacks

I can not think of anything we didn't like. Carine , one of the owners is simply a very lovely person. She made us tea as soon as we arrived and spent ages chatting with her. Her chocolate cakes were delicious. Then she showed us to our room - the 'wild' one. I had seen the photos of it on the web site but they didn't do it justice. As soon as Carine left, having shown us how to work everything, we were straight into the bath!!. The snacks and the free mini bar were very welcome. The breakfast

The room was beautiful and very clean. The bath facility was exceptional. The BandB is located within easy walking distance of the Old Town as well as the rail station. At night, all was extremly quiet. The breakfast was excellent as well. Over all, it was an extremly pleasant stay. - The bandb was amazing.AAA.Decorated in ArtDecó, it is so nice.We arrivedand nicely,Catherine offered us a coffe in her living-room.The room wasvery clean and perfectly decorated.Situation from the center is quitegood,at 10 minutes.The breakfast was perfect,and she prepared all withcaptivation.I Left the car in a garage for free in front of thehotel.Totally recomended.We´ll return for sure.

A lovely quiet situation in a small village close to Ypres and the Flanders Fields. The hotel is small and personal with delightful hosts who are very welcoming and have made a beautiful home away from home. The hotel was clean and comfortable and our hosts were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them, including arranging a battlefield tour for us. We had a substancial breakfast each morning which set us up for the day. The hotel was just a ten minute walk from the station and about the same to the city centre. Hoping to pay another visit in September.

The location is good as it is in a quiet rural area but close to the motorway. The owners were very welcoming and easy-going. All the food was locally sourced and cooked in-house and was very enjoyable. The building has been very carefully designed by the architect/owner. -

this hotel is a MUST when you stay in the Roeselare area. You are in the quiet country side with easy access to all motorways. The room was unique in all aspects. The food is exellent and dont forget Eddy and Angela.......just the perfect couple who diserve all the credit possible in the world for the hard work that they put in to make you relaxed

Everything - location, staff, quality of food, peace and quiet, comfort. The owners are wonderful and cannot enough to make your stay the best possible. It was helpful that one of the owners is Scottish so there was no language problem. We'll definitely be returning here. Only one and a half hour's drive from Calais.

Perfect location: in a quiet corner of the city center, but all the main sights, shops and many restaurants can be found in a distance of 100 - 300 metres.

We stayed in a room that was in a tower. The room would be for 4 guests included a double bed and two twins in a loft area. The room had the most amazing bath tub. Great location, only 10 minutes from Ypres and a great spot for visiting various sights in Flanders.
Very friendly staff/owners who provided a great breakfast in the morning, even cooked a fresh omelette for us.
