We arrived to a very warm welcome from Ann who provided us with a local aperitif and information about the area. Our first impressions were that it was an extremely well presented B&B and not what we were expecting to find in the countryside outside of Iper. In one word I liked "EVERYTHING...!" Anne and Filip were
fabulous hosts, going above and beyond their duty to make us feel
welcome and relaxed. The layout of the B&B, the fantastic rural
views, the small pond, the bridge, the doves, geese, black swans were
like out of a romantic film. I liked being our of the town and in the

We stayed at the Townhouse for 3 nights and had a great time. This is
one of the best B&Bs we have stayed at so far. The room (Blueberry
Suite – The Attic Room) was immaculate, comfortable and very spacious.
Sandra and Jason (the owners) made a great effort in helping us find our
way around Bruges with lots of tips and reviews for restaurants

At check in, Jason supplied us with map and information for our walking
tour of Bruges. Most importantly, he guided us to a great restaurant,
Christophe, were we had a local dish. Outstanding. The room was up a lot
of stairs but Jason helped us with our bags and we were treated to a
great view and very clean and spacious room. Important for us: the bed
is very comfortable! Everything seemed to be new. Breakfast was

This hotel and the proprietor are both absolutely charming. Carinne made us feel as though we were being welcomed into her own home. On arrival she gave us coffee and biscuits and a very helpful explanation of what Ieper had to offer. Our room was private, very quiet and very comfortable. The mini-bar was stocked with free beverages and snacks

I can not think of anything we didn't like. Carine , one of the owners is simply a very lovely person. She made us tea as soon as we arrived and spent ages chatting with her. Her chocolate cakes were delicious. Then she showed us to our room - the 'wild' one. I had seen the photos of it on the web site but they didn't do it justice. As soon as Carine left, having shown us how to work everything, we were straight into the bath!!. The snacks and the free mini bar were very welcome. The breakfast

Emmanuel & His Girlfriend could not do enough for us they even proved us with a city map upon Arrival to help us explore Bruges and they recommended the best restaurants and chocolate shops to go to whilst there. A truly memorable stay in Bruges thanks to Emanuel. So much thought and effort has gone into making your stay relaxing in a beautiful guest house, the room was superb and luxurious, the breakfast an incredible treat. I would happily recommend this hotel

Charming, exquisite building and interior decor, full of character. Set in an attractive, quiet location which is central to everything we wanted to do in Bruges. Our room shared that same romantic feel as the rest of the building and contained everything we needed + more. An excellent and up market B&B. The owners,Michael & his wife were the perfect hosts and were always friendly,helpful and accomodating.The lovely breakfast was brought to us every morning at a time of our choosing and was very good quality.Fab room with satellite tv, free movies, well stocked drinks fridge and an eco wood burning stove.We loved our stay, and would readilly recommend B&B Yoake as one of the very best we have stayed in.Thanks Michael for your hospitality!

The room was beautiful and very clean. The bath facility was exceptional. The BandB is located within easy walking distance of the Old Town as well as the rail station. At night, all was extremly quiet. The breakfast was excellent as well. Over all, it was an extremly pleasant stay. - The bandb was amazing.AAA.Decorated in ArtDecó, it is so nice.We arrivedand nicely,Catherine offered us a coffe in her living-room.The room wasvery clean and perfectly decorated.Situation from the center is quitegood,at 10 minutes.The breakfast was perfect,and she prepared all withcaptivation.I Left the car in a garage for free in front of thehotel.Totally recomended.We´ll return for sure.
