We arrived to a very warm welcome from Ann who provided us with a local aperitif and information about the area. Our first impressions were that it was an extremely well presented B&B and not what we were expecting to find in the countryside outside of Iper. In one word I liked "EVERYTHING...!" Anne and Filip were
fabulous hosts, going above and beyond their duty to make us feel

We stayed at the Townhouse for 3 nights and had a great time. This is
one of the best B&Bs we have stayed at so far. The room (Blueberry
Suite – The Attic Room) was immaculate, comfortable and very spacious.

This hotel and the proprietor are both absolutely charming. Carinne made us feel as though we were being welcomed into her own home. On arrival she gave us coffee and biscuits and a very helpful explanation of what Ieper had to offer. Our room was private, very quiet and very comfortable. I can not think of anything we didn't like. Carine , one of the owners is simply a very lovely person. She made us tea as soon as we arrived and spent ages chatting with her. Her chocolate cakes were delicious. Then she showed us to our room - the 'wild' one. I had seen the photos of it on the web site but they didn't do it justice. As soon as Carine left, having shown us how to work everything, we were straight into the bath!!. The snacks and the free mini bar were very welcome. The breakfast

The owners,Michael & his wife were the perfect hosts and were always friendly,helpful and accomodating.The lovely breakfast was brought to us every morning at a time of our choosing and was very good quality.Fab room with satellite tv, free movies, well stocked drinks fridge and an eco wood burning stove.We loved our stay, and would readilly recommend B&B Yoake as one of the very best we have stayed in.Thanks Michael for your hospitality!

The room was beautiful and very clean. The bath facility was exceptional. The BandB is located within easy walking distance of the Old Town as well as the rail station. At night, all was extremly quiet. The breakfast was excellent as well. Over all, it was an extremly pleasant stay. - The bandb was amazing.AAA.Decorated in ArtDecó, it is so nice.We arrivedand nicely,Catherine offered us a coffe in her living-room.The room wasvery clean and perfectly decorated.Situation from the center is quitegood,at 10 minutes.The breakfast was perfect,and she prepared all withcaptivation.I Left the car in a garage for free in front of thehotel.Totally recomended.We´ll return for sure.
