  The hotel is lovely and decorated with many interesting pieces of art. The breakfast was excellant with very high quality food. The location is very good and within walking distance to the museums, the Hofburg and old town section. Two U-Bahn stops are also close by. The staff was helpful and very pleasant. Wait staff in the Brasserie were very keen to meet all needs if possible. Was very pleased with my choice of hotel in Vienna. - The hotel was well located. It was easy to walk to the main attractions or to access the underground. The coffee machine in the deluxe room was wonderful anf worth spending that little bit extra. My flight only departed at 7:45pm and I was happy to be able to use their wellness facilities to shower and freshen-up and get into a clean set of clothing before boarding an intercontinental flight!

  I stayed here in May 2013 and I loved this Hotel, exactly the type of accommodation I look for on a City Trip. Comfortable, traditional, and in an absolutely fantastic location! Th - there was a radio in the room which ı have never seen in any hotel before. the personnel were friendly and always smiling. ıt is in the middle of the center and u-bahn is so close. there are lots of things close to the hotel. the bed and pillow was very comfortable. the room was clean. the chocolate that they everyday leave in the room after cleaning was delicious:) the bathroom was clean and in good contion. everything in the bathroom was useful,clean and new.
