Everything was to my liking, even the transparent shower, which I know some people find a bit odd but you are forewarned if you do your research. The hotel was well located. It was easy to walk to the main attractions or to access the underground.
The coffee machine in the deluxe room was wonderful anf worth spending that little bit extra.
My flight only departed at 7:45pm and I was happy to be able to use their wellness facilities to shower and freshen-up and get into a clean set of clothing before boarding an intercontinental flight!

It is a truly wonderful hotel. From the concierge to the maids, the
lobby, restaurants, rooms...I Couldn't find a fault in it. It is in

The locaton: at a walking distance from my daugter's University and home; very nice and quiet neigbourhood; exquisite buffet breakfast; kind staff. Everything was perfect, and the price. - Spacious bedroom. Nice bathroom. Quiet. Good breakfast. The air conditioning worked!

πολυ ευγενικο προσωπικο , πολυ καλες τιμες , πολυ καλο φαγητό - Μοντέρνο design στα δωμάτια, άνετα μεγάλα δωμάτια. Πολύ κοντά στην αγορά και στις στάσεις των μετρό και τραμ. Αρκετά ικανοποιητικό πρωινό μπουφέ.

Τοποθεσία!!!στον πιο κεντρικό δρόμο...σε 2λεπτα στο μέτρο από όπου σε αλλα 2 φτάνεις στο ιστορικό κέντρο καθ την ringstrasse...δωμάτια ικανοποιητικού μεγέθους,με ωραίο ντιζάιν και θέα...η δυνατότητα να κάνουνε check in στις12 απλά τέλεια...ιδανικό για ένα ταξίδι στη Βιέννη...value for money... -

Very nice apartments. We enjoyed the positive atmosphere of the place, it was clean and well-furnished, we found all we need. Staff (Andreas) is very welcome and we quickly checked in. This place is good both for short and long trips. The apartment is very close to Karlkirhe, Opera house, Stephanplatz, Nashmarkt with restaurants, and shopping centers, metro station “Karlsplatz” is 2 minutes walk. Definitely we’ll come again! A very clean, comfortable professional hotel. Typically what you would expect from a Best Western 2 to 3 star hotel. Very good friendly and helpful staff. The service, the price, the effective layout of the room and the easy access to utilize the internet. A subsequent stay at a Hilton really showed the value your hotel provided and the internet access was included in the room whereas it was an extra at the Hilton. Will be using Best Western more often as opposed to a Hilton. Their room was bigger but a bigger room was not needed by us.

In an expensive city such as Vienna, the hotel Pension Museum is a terrific find. We had obtained a room rate of 99 E. The hotel is well located - a block away from the U-3 subway which is the connector to the airport train...and also a block away from the National Museum of Fine Arts, the Leopold Museum and the Museum of Contemporary Art. We stayed here for 6 nights, June 10 through June 15, 2013. The location, a block from the Opera and the Karlsplatz Ubahn station, couldn't be better.

The hotel was extremely conveniently located with the Opera House in the next street across, as was the Metro and trams and the main mall and there is a supermarket across another street. (We took the Metro to the CAT (City Airport Transport) station very easily with suitcases where we checked them in before boarding for the airport.) The staff were very nice and always helpful. The rooms were very clean and had great soundproofing.
