  Good location close to the Museum Quarter and walking distance to the Opera House. Quiet. Very cheap for a single room with shower and basin but no toilet. Staff friendly and efficient. Free wifi in room. Hotel close to Burgstheater underground station and various tram/bus lines. Vienna generally is amazing. Beautiful architecture. English widely spoken. - Room was totally fine, big enough and shared bathroom access was not a problem for the 4 nights I was there. An exceptionally good price made any minor bother ok. Excellent neighborhood to explore and close enough to the 1st district to walk. Try the City Bike bike sharing located a few blocks away at the Rathaus. Only 1 euro then unlimited 1 hour trips!

  Location right off Mariahilfer Strasse was great. Felt safe and secure and noticed no night noise. Clothes washing services were a great help and Tina was very helpful with recommendations for sights to see and helping organise our super early morning taxi to the airport. - Location was perfect for seeing the city.   Everything, it's a great old style family house which will make you feel inside of the imperial Vienna. We stayed in a triple room which was incredibly bid, the biggest I have ever stayed in Europe. It's really nice decorated with wall papers and old style furnitures. Vienna is a beautiful city and well worth visiting. The supermarket was very close so no problem stocking up!   We stopped in apartments No. 1301 two families. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 additional toilet, big kitchen and a hall with a fireplace, TV with a satellite plate, sofas and a lunch zone.   I liked it very much. It's friendly, clean, efficiently run, and it is well positioned in a quiet locality just a stone's throw from the busy Mariahilferstrasse. Well placed for the excellent Vienna underground. - Location clean very helpful. Owner is the face that serves you. Easy directions good district.
