Great hotel, quiet, nice view, friendly but not overwhelming staff. One night we asked for some ice from the bar and the bartender working gave us an entire cup full. Stayed at the Sans Souci in mid-February for three nights.
Overall, an almost excellent stay.
Positives:

I spent a week in Vienna in November with my adult daughter and had a
wonderful stay at the Sans Souci. The staff was terrific. They welcomed
us warmly, patiently answered our many questions, and overall made our
stay very pleasant. The intimacy of the hotel appealed to us, and the
location was great. We walked to almost everything, and the u-bahn and
tram were at the doorstep for anyplace else. There are restaurants
nearby; we ate at the hotel-recommended Cafe Biedermeier twice, in fact.

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο σε πολύ καλή θέση κοντά στο μετρό. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο τα δωμάτια πολύ καθαρά και υπέροχο πρωινό. Η ιδιαίτερη διακόσμηση δίνει ένα ξεχωριστό χαρακτήρα στο χώρο . Η διαμονή ήταν ευχάριστη δεν αντιμετωπίσαμε προβλήματα -
φιλικό προσωπικό, καθαρό ξενοδοχείο, άνετο δωμάτιο και πλούσιο πρωινό.

Rooms were huge with a full bathtub, a bar area, couch and chair.Everything was spacious and comfortable and for a great price. Hotelstaff was friendly and helpful. Spoke English. The hotel was well located. It was easy to walk to the main attractions or to access the underground.
The coffee machine in the deluxe room was wonderful anf worth spending that little bit extra.
My flight only departed at 7:45pm and I was happy to be able to use their wellness facilities to shower and freshen-up and get into a clean set of clothing before boarding an intercontinental flight!

The space of the room (415) was impressive. It is like a small apartment. Two TV we could invite friends for a drink it was perfect. The breakfst in the room also perfect. We stopped in apartments No. 1301 two families. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 additional toilet, big kitchen and a hall with a fireplace, TV with a satellite plate, sofas and a lunch zone. The hotel was extremely conveniently located with the Opera House in the next street across, as was the Metro and trams and the main mall and there is a supermarket across another street. (We took the Metro to the CAT (City Airport Transport) station very easily with suitcases where we checked them in before boarding for the airport.) The staff were very nice and always helpful. The rooms were very clean and had great soundproofing.
