Το φιλικό περιβάλλον , η ευγένεια και η φιλικότητα του προσωπικού , η άνεση των δωματίων . - Close distance to the bahnhof, warm classical decor in the room and entire hotel, large spacing of the room, special welcoming drinks, friendly and helpful staff - Staffs are very kind and good breakfast. Most of all, location is convenient for tour city.

The staff (or family in this case) was so nice and accomodating that Iwould definitely stay here again. It's a pretty easy walk to the hotelfrom the main train station, although I get lost usually my first timein every new city. Area seems safe despite some "adult-based" shops thatAmericans may equate with a bad neighborhood, which it is not. Hotel

The breakfast was good (but get there early to get a taste of everything). The room was very nice and clean. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go from the hotel.

Self contained, private apartment in a residential block. The appartment is very comfortable, well furnished and clean( they do charge €50 cleaning fee).We had number 912, with access to a terrace. The view was towards Alps / river and part of Downtown .
Laundromat on premises is a plus. Safe parking underground(€10/day extra). Mr Forisch is very efficient at addressing issues.
They did allow one extra child no extra charge.

όταν έφθασα δεν είχε δίκληνο και το αναβαθμήσανε σε σουίτα . ήταν πάρα πολύ καλή. - Hotel was very nice, I enjoyed the fitness area, but would like biggerswimmingpool...And I enjoyed my room very much and the bath tub! - the cleaning, the non-smoking floors, the quality of the room, the excellence on the staff and the courtesy of the reception.

The hotel rate was amazingly cheap for what we got. While maybe an extra 2 blocks away from the heart of the city....it was half the price we expected. Clean, professional business hotel. Like a Hilton Hampton Inn or Hilton Garden Inn. - can rent the bike.very clearn. have hot water making machine.

The hotel staff went out of there way to help you. They booked places for us to eat and she told as about the Christmas market. They also helped us with booking of the train to our next location. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back there again.
