Loved the owners very much. So accommodating and fun!! This hotel was probably our favorite on our trip. Salzburg was also our favorite place we visited. - great stay. Only one night but it was a comfortable night

good location all staff friendly and helpful, excellent breakfast, able to access breakfast a little earlier on last morning. Also most helpful in returning item to us which we left behind- thankyou - the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and they were all willing to help with directions or give recommendations on things to do in Salzburg.

Freindliness, cheerfulness and helpfulness of staff. Being small sized and fanily run it had a distinctive personality and we were treated as individuals not standardised units of consumption. We loved everything about this hotel. The location was superb (1-1/2km to train station and walking distance to old town Salzburg), the street (Linzergasse) was pretty and vibrant, the hotel was clean and very comfortable, and the service was excellent! If you love to stick your head out the window and see what's going on in the street below, ask for a room facing the front (fun!). There are also lovely quiet rooms facing the back. The manager was extremely helpful with advice and suggestions

From the time we arrived and stepped out of our car outside the hotel to the time we left, all hotel Sacher staff were extremely plesant. Our standard room we booked was like a mini-suite. Their manner of taking careof guests is superb. As a "fussy" traveller, I highly recommend thishotel for their first class service.
