did not like". The apartment was clean, comfortable, well equipped,

Nic location. Opposite to myer and central station. Around 10 minutes walk to ferry place. The apartment is clean and well organized. The staff is polite and helpful especially Alan very nice guy. It's a pleasant stay and I will stay again for next time.

Hotel is nice. Rom was big but there was only one chair and giving the fact that there is 2 people bedroom...
there was a fridge and microwave in the room, so that was good.
Nice smalll swimming pool, but we did not use it (the swimming pool at the esplanade is so great!)

We stayed twice at the Pullman International Cairns on this trip. Two nights on the way to Port Douglas and one night on the way back. On the way to Port Douglas we arrived at ten thirty and our room was ready. It was clean, tasteful and had a great view all over Cairns. We just had the best time at your hotel.... We had dinner at Cocos then a complimentary breakfast the next morning which was part of our accommodation package ... Your staff are the most friendly, easy going people we have come across in any hotel we have ever stayed at, even the guys who park our car to the the valet who brings our bags to our room.... 6 star in our books.... The suites are located in an ideal position, just by the water and a 25 minute stroll along the boardwalk to the centre, restaurants and lagoon pool. Loved the fact the apartment was so well equipped, own pool and lots of info on site about available trips. Great value for money. - First class hotel. Service and facilities most excellent

Big comfy bed, great pillows, large opening sliding window/door, FANTASTIC staff. Buffet breakfasts were superb, terrific variety and gluten-free bread supplied which was excellent. Great start to the day - in fact we found it lasted well into the afternoon! As a regular user of 4* & 5* hotels i would describe this as a very solid straightforward 4* with everything you would expect at the standard you should expert. Very good staff, not too big and well organised -

I found all of the staff very friendly , welcoming and efficient. Special praise goes to Rob McKenzie and his reception staff - I thought they were all brilliantly helpful when answering all of my questions. I would certainly recommend the hotel to others. - Great location and great facilities. Free shuttle into town was very good.

The staff were always very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to look after us. We were given a free upgrade to a double bathroom lux villa to accomodate our family of 6.
The pools were fantastic and the kids really enjoyed the splash park, jumping pillows, and playground. -
