We were a couple with a infant. We were recommended to this hotel by a
friend. It had cooking facilites we wanted for our baby. T also had
Air conditioner, car parking and wi-fi which we look for where ever we

It was our first visit to High Chaparral, but hopefully not the last.The room was very clean and comfortable. Enough packing space. Bed was very comfortable.Kitchen area very adequate.
Good outdoor BBQ area. Location great - near the Esplanade, shops and airport. Good price for the facilities as a lot of budget accommodation have shared bathrooms.

Prices were very good. The location was great since that it was right where the bus stops were that picked you up for your tours. Staff was incredibly helpful when I accidentally booked the wrong sort of room for our stay. Beds weren't too uncomfortable or anything and the breakfast was very nice to have every morning! -

Absolutely amazing place to stay, with great staff and superb accommodation.
I arrived from my flight at about 5am, 9 hours before check in. This wasnt a problem, was shown straight to the guest lounge and was able to get some sleep and a shower and wait in comfort.

We really liked the layout of Palm Royale and so many swimming pools
from which to choose.There are plenty of options for ordering meals but
they are brought in as I dont think there was a restaurant available to
guests. Buffet breakfast is available on site. Red rooster is nearby and

The location of the Bay Tree Hotel was perfect for our tansfer from the airport, the boat to Green Island for snorkelling and the Skytrain / Karunda rainforest expererience. The staff at the hotel desk were extremely helpful, polite and efficient. Breakfast by the pool on a nice sunny morning was perfect and added to our holiday. The room was perfect for the 3 nights we stayed, the confortable bed and the well equipped bathroom with walk in shower was very acceptable.

As a Local of 33 years we like to treat one self to a bit of luxury. We have stayed here before an loved it. Rooms are very clean n have had a bit of a refurb an look great. Love the bed, not the usual two pushed together but a genuine kind size bed! Large balcony was nice, little touches of luxury such as spa bath, large shower, bath robes, mini bar etc. Staff booked our boat trip to the reef for us and they have lots of area knowledge and recommendations, very helpful and friendly!

We stayed at the Jack & Newell for three nights in a 3 bed apartment in Nov 2013. The apartment was huge, modern décor, well cleaned and maintained. As well as the pool facilities. The property is located just a few streets over from the CBD, the pier, the marina and the casino! David the manager was a great guy and went out of his way to provide advise on tours etc to make our trip successful. Would certainly recommend this property to anyone considering staying in Cairns.

Everything. We were upgarded without it being requested so that we had a quiet room. Reception staff were excellent as was the assitance given from the tours desk and the restaurant.

Location! A diver's Dream as the apartments are located in the same building as the Reef Tours Terminal. It is also very conveniently located to the rest of Cairns and on the Boardwalk with a great variety of restaurants and bars. -

The swim-out apartment was spacious and clean. The rooms, bathrooms,

Excellent place to stay in Cairns. 10-15 minutes walk into the town centre. A spacious apartment, very clean. Great help from the staff. We booked a swim out apartment which was well worth the extra money. Highly recommended.

Th staff were extremely kind and helpful and the room was amazing. The BED WAS AMAZING!! And for the price you pay compared to other Cairns based accommodation, it certainly is a great deal! The staff were lovely, particularly Yukiko! We didn't use the pool and are disappointed by that because it is a lovely modern area.

We were originally meant to only stayed 4 nights but we stayed the entire 8 of our holidays!
It is definitely worth the price you pay.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Rydges Esplanade Resort. The staff were helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We checked in prior to 2pm due to a flight reschedule and even though the hotel was close to full the staff did everything they could to get us into our room as quickly as possible which was greatly appreciated. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We had a mountain view room which had stunning views of Cairns at night. If your out during the day, I'd recommend this
