Very friendly staff who didn't mind being woken at 3am for keys and queries nor did they mind us turning up late for breakfast.
Very convenient very clean very comfortable.
Shame we didn't get time for pool.
Short but very sweet stay.

The staff (man at the front desk) was so helpful and answered all of our touristy questions! He had a smile the whole time and made me and all my friends feel very welcome!! We were very appreciative of his patience and friendly attitude!

Its was great place to stay overnight waiting to fly out next day. Its walking distance to restaurants, where we had a lovely Italian meal. As we didn't leave Brisbane until after lunch the management were very obliging in allowing us to leave our cases whilst we walked to the shopping centre to fill in some time.
Would definitely recommend.

I had arrived relatively late from an international flight & was due to depart for Airport again at 5am next morning - the Receptionist was really accommodating & understanding that I required my complete invoice for the stay at check-in, she directed me across the road for a good evening meal & pre-booked taxi transport for my trip ba

The motel was overall very good, and does have undercover parking, which is good if a storm hits. Very clean. We had a downstairs unit, at the rear, so was very quiet.

Room was good size and bathroom nice and clean. It was quiet and handy to where we wanted to go. Magazines to read were a nice touch. Breakfasts were well priced. Staff very friendly and helpful, even leant us an umbrella when it was raining. -

It was handy to the cruise ship terminal which was what we required. They provided a free shuttle service to the terminal which, although the distance was walkable, it was appreciated. Reception was friendly and efficient and hand you a little carton of cold UHT milk which is nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. Even though the motel is on the main road it is not overly noisy. Plenty of undercover parking. Motel within walking distance to the shops and cafes on Racecourse Road, and the Port.

Friendly staff, willing to help poor Canadains who had never been toAustralia before. They were great. Thank you. - Proximity to the airport and other locations I neede to travel to. I was impressed with the way the reception staff handled an obnoxious client.

Have stayed in this hotel on several occasions, service always consistently good and whilst it's not claiming to be the Grand Hyatt, for me this accommodation is fine and the location suits my business and is also very close to the Port as well as Airport. -

Really large and comfortable room with clean toilet and kitchen. People
at reception were really friendly to us. Quite near from Brisbane
airport. Excellent if you want to get up early for ur flights.
