The hotel was just beside the Duty Free Outlets and there was a woolworths supermarket that was open 24 hours. Very convenient for our family as we have just returned the car and there was nothing much we can do.

We ate at your restaurant and was amazed at the high quality of the food, the presentation and especially the professional and friendly service given by all the staff in there. We only had to wait 10 minutes for a table as we hadn't booked but were given bread to eat for the 'inconvenience'. We'll definately stay again when needing to be near the airport. Gold stars to you all.

The lovely friendly staff, who bent over backwards to assure our needs were met. Spacious and comfortable room. Luckily got corner spa room with courtyard. Went for a concert and very convenient location. Will stay here again. Breakfast staff and reception staff were very friendly. Quiet and peaceful in the city... fantastic!!

Room was good size and bathroom nice and clean. It was quiet and handy to where we wanted to go. Magazines to read were a nice touch. Breakfasts were well priced. Staff very friendly and helpful, even leant us an umbrella when it was raining. -

I arrived very early an just wanted to leave my bag but the manager
changed a few things around an I was given my room at eight thirty which
was fantastic they certainly go the extra yards -
Excellent location for ease of getting to airport. Many good local restaurants if you are there on a weekend when their restaurant is closed.

Friendly staff, willing to help poor Canadains who had never been toAustralia before. They were great. Thank you. - Proximity to the airport and other locations I neede to travel to. I was impressed with the way the reception staff handled an obnoxious client.

The staff were friendly & only too happy to help. We stayed here as it was close to the Brisbane Entertainment Centre for the Pink concert, they provided Transfers there & back, as well as a dinner package. Reasonably priced, the villa was better than a motel room as it had a kitchen and a separate bedroom. The staff were amazing and the place was walking distance to a mall. A few minutes drive to Westfield mall, close to the airport, not that far from cbd by bus.
I would recommend colonial village to everyone.

We arrived late after an extremely long journey from the uk and were
immediately greeted warmly. We were told all about our room. The bed was
extremely comfortable and we slept well. The bath/wetroom was
absolutely ideal for my wife who is disabled. It was quiet even though

It was beautiful! Reminded of me of my old house, I felt very much at home. Couldn't believe how good the price was either. The room was spacious, had everything we needed for our one night stay. Bed was comfy. The service was exceptional, we were greeted as soon as our taxi arrived. Definitely would stay there again. -

Very friendly and supportive staff on the front desk.
River front views from room.
Ease of access to the river boardwalk where you can walk for kilometres even to the city centre if you wanted to. -
Great location, left car in secure car park, walked 300 metres to ferry terminal and got ferry to town. Good and frequent ferry service.

I booked a Double room, breakfast included and we were pleasantly
suprised to find we were upgraded to a Delux Queen with spa bath, this
was a real treat for us. On checking in I was told the breakfast is only

There is no where to write anything on this page, so i will just say i dont think that we are much of a help to you and the survey as our stay was not for pleasure, so we didnt get to explore Brisbane and therefore our answers are very restrictive. sorry!
