The location offers quick and easy acess to the major roads if you want to explore the Island by car. Easy to acess the City center of Chania by bus, taxi or car or just to take a walk along the beach.

I have also discovered this to be a jewel of a hotel residing about ten metres away from the harbour front. Our room was not what I expected and I was told they were fully booked. After 3 nights I checked on letsbookhotel.com and discovered they had a suite available and we were moved. I think it was a misunderstanding and they very kindly did not charge us for the upgrade. I would highly recommend an upgrade to a 'suite' a large room with two sofas. We went with another couple and they were in the room next to us so that we could sit out and chat. Although the hotel rooms are basic they have all you need and were cleaned regularly. We hope to return next yea - The balcony view was amazing. You can see all the harbor. The room itself was simple but clean. There is soundproof balcony doors (the harbor is noisy throughout all the night). The staff was helpful, we got some tea for free to enjoy in our balcony. We liked the breakfast as well with a glass of fresh orange juice. I would definitely advice it for other travellers (be sure to book a room with a balcony and sea view).
