  The welcome we received from Helen the owner was second to none, with tea and cake served as soon as we had settled in. The rooms are decorated beautifully, the bed comfortable and there was all anyone could need for an overnight or much longer stay.The breakfasts are excellent, served by Helens husband Ian, who is also a very pleasant person, hap... 别人怎么说 » py to hold a conversation and make you feel comfortable.We found the house to be lovely, quiet and restful. I would recommend this Guest House to anyo - Very friendly couple running the B&B. When we arrived they offered tea, which we accepted and it came with yorkshire fruit cake and wensleydale cheese. The room and attached bathroom was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! (although the range in sitting times quite narrow and early). It's only about 10 minutes walk from Richmond centre which was convenient too.

  I had a lovely stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful because I was not very mobile. They also moved my room for my convenience as a result without me asking. I took my dog. They were sweetness itself, providing a bed, water bowl and treats for her. The room was trendy/comfortable and I slept really well in the bed there. I cannot fault this hotel and would st - They catered for 14 of us for my 50th Birthday - helped me to have my best birthday ever. Staff were relaxed, friendly and attentive. They put on a great meal in a snug room which Karen and Kem made beautiful and didn't fuss when we all got a bit drunk - just helped us enjoy ourselves. Highly recommended for any celebration.

  Beautiful Location ,just off the market square, Excellent breakfast, Wonderful friendly staff who pointed us in the right direction.
