  The hotel was more than I was expected. Came with my husband and 3 small children (including an infant). The rooms were clean, fresh and so spacious...They had put a cot in the room on request. The staff very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.   We liked the fact that Premier Inn does exactly what it advertises it does: provides clean, comfortable, economy accommodation. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Every single staff member - from desk staff to cleaners - was pleasant, approachable and went out of their way to help.   Staff were nice, friendly and very accommodating, we attended a family wedding during the day in Warwick, on our return back to the hotel in the evening we asked if it was possible to order food to take to our room as we had young children. Would definitely stay again - We arrived at 10am in the morning not expecting to be allowed to check in until 2pm. The receptionist was most helpful and said that, if we didn't mind changing from a quadruple room to a double, she could check us in straight away. This was great and meant we could drop off our bags, get settled in, then spend the rest of the day at our leisure. The all you can eat breakfast was superb as well.

  The position of the hotel is fantastic, literally central for the RSC Theatre and shopping. We did not drive but it was easy walking distance from the station and close to bus/river trips. The room was very comfortable with a well appointed bathroom. The staff were universally helpful - would definitely come here again. - The location is excellent for the RSC. Rooms are clean and tidy in the standard formart of the Premier Inn chain. Bottom line, if you just want somewhere simple to stay after a night at the theatre, this place is perfect. If you're touring the country with more luggage and with a car, then there are probably better places in or around Stratford.

  This was a last minute booking for me and what a choice. The hotel had everything, great location, modern, friendly staff, good food and drinks, good leisure centre. Lets just make one thing clear this is not a Spa, it is a hotel and conference centre with leisure facilities. The leisure centre had a good Gym, with more than adequate jet pool, Jacuzzi and sauna. Bre - Lovely location (20 minutes from Stratford) and beautiful building and surrounding scenery. The breakfast was very good and the staff in the restaurant were very professional. The lady on the reception desk Sunday morning was very friendly, totally unlike my welcome the night before. Good quality TV in the room. The shower is very powerful and there was a bath too. In general, the communal areas of the centre looked very fresh and modern.
