  Everything! We truly felt that we were invited guests. From the moment we arrived Barry did everything he could, and then some, to ensure we were welcome. The personal welcome note, to the fire in the library with cocktails allowed us to unwind from our travels. Dinner was excellent, and Barry is a wealth of knowledge on the Hall's history and "he... 别人怎么说 » doesn't let the truth get in the way of a good story." We were left with the feeling of wanting to linger, to savor the experience. To spend a weeken - Everything about my stay at Goldsborough Hall was what I had hoped for and beyond what I expected. The house is beautiful and set in lovely grounds which are well worth a walk around. The room was spacious, comfortable and immaculate. The staff and owners were friendly and curteous. Every moment I was there I felt welcome and also that my satisfaction was the priority. Goldsborough Hall provides the country manor stay that you think you can only dream of. I will definitely be returning.

  Me & my husband had the most wonderful stay, we were given a very warm greeting and shown round the facility's then to our room. Which was very large, beautiful decorated and had everything we could ever need. They have a hot tub which looked great but unfortunately we just didn't have time. The breakfast was amazing with us choosing the full ... 别人怎么说 » English but there was some great options! My only disappointment is we could only stay 1 night as we were just on town visiting family. But we are pla - I don't usually leave reviews, but I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The welcome was extraordinary - it was as though I were a long-lost friend. I stayed in Room 1, which has a four-poster bed and a splendid bathroom. The room was perfectly clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was first class - have the scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. Made in a pan, not the microwave! Thick, hand-cut toast, and butter at room temperature. Simply excellent.

  The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It is set in an idylic, peaceful setting. The food was excellent and the use of the adjacent Leisure facility was a real bonus - Everything was exceptional, the food, room, staff and the leisure facilities were a bonus which we enjoyed too.
