Parking facilities were good, staff were very helpful with city centre directions and buses. Pleasant restaurant and efficient staff.
Location was excellent as we were attending an evening kick off at Old Trafford.
The staff were extremely polite and nothing was too much trouble and that was ALL staff. The restaurant menu was marvellous and there was nothing about our stay that we didn't like.
Nothing at all,everything was first class and I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to everyone.

The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable and the food and service was excellent. A perfect location across from Old Trafford with easy access by bus to the Trafford Centre. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Nothing,,,,,,,,,,,,,,well maynbe a bit more tea and coffee in room butwe got thatno probson asking so nothing really coz folk might not havedrank as muchtea or coffee as we did. Re the next question it hasalready been reccommended to various folk well done!!

on arrival we were greated by a really friendly girl at reception who gave us loads of her time , unrushed approach and more than helpful when we needed extra bed linen to make up childs bed.
it is unfortunate that it is split into 2 sides, so to speak. as our rooms were not close to each other .. we had to walk a distance through reception to get to the other side.

only thing i didnt like was the fact the wi fi had to be paid for where as before when the hotel was called the golden tulip it was free.
The food was excellent but we feel we must give special mention to the Chef and a particular waitress who I believe was Justine Steel, she was excellent and made our stay very enjoyable
