the location, price and comfort. it was close to old trafford and the trams.the staff where very helpful and quick check in and out.sky tv in room for the sport was brill.The area was superb, beautiful surroundings but very near to allameneties. Good staff and a good views over the quays. Decor, breakfast, staff. Staff very helpfull and friendly. Plenty of free parking. Ideally situated for walking access to attractions in surrounding area. Not attached to a pub/restaurant, so quiter than some other similar priced Hotels.

Close to Old Trafford,set in a pleasant,modern environment with access to theatres, cinemas, restaurants. check-in ,fast and efficient. very good value for money as breakfast was included and also parking. hotel was clean and in a good location. Central Hotel close to shopping centre and Old Trafford football ground.The price including breakfast was great, and close to the Old trafford. The location is good, inclusive breakfast a bonus and the bar useful.Ease of access to the city centre. Picturesque setting. The Quayside was very idlyic in a city centre setting.nice layout of the hotel, friendly helpful staff, access to surrounding areas and amenities. convenient location for the business i was doing in Manchester. The hotel is in a good quiet position and easily accessible to central Manchester.The complimentary continental breakfast was good with plenty of choice.location, roomlayout, relaxed atmosphere. Only that they did not provide hot meals which would have been nice.Breakfast on the Sunday morning not one table had been cleared and there was no where to sit. Breakfast was a little chaotic , but staff were run off their feet.were not told key for door was needed to work electricity in room. much fumbling about in half dark until we worked it out. Uncomfortable Bed. Breakfast was chaotic at peak time but food was adequate. thought the hotel was very noisey, could here people talking alot outside the front door and also lots of children running and shouting down the corridors.The walls were too thin. I could hear most of my neighbours. The lift was a little shaky and noisy. price of drinks was a bit excessive. not able to get on the internet as BT Openzone not available. No option of full english breakfast. Very noisy, could have done with security to warn noisy guests. Breakfast a bit limited.No bath. We were not advised of arrangements for breakfast. Duvet too thin, cold in middle of night, despite turning up heating. we had to wait between 5 and 10 minutes before the reception staff could verify our booking , this was slightly disturbing.the continental breakfast / buffet was a farce . there was no milk , cutlery , insufficient tables to have our breakfast , lack of staff clearing away tables , lack of staff ensuring that the breakfast items were fully stocked. yes the noise from people outside drinking,,they were staying at the hotel. Lack of efficiency by the staff, I was given an occupied room at first. As part of an apology I was told that I could get complimentary drink at the bar - which I then had to fight for. I told them that a parcel would be delivered for me, I ws told they didn't have it and after I had left the hotel it transpired that they did have it but had forgotten to give it to me.
