  I was popping up to london for 2 days for college interviews, and after looking at the price of some hotels it seemed stupid paying near enough £200! I choose a room in a female only dorm,I'd never stayed in a group room before but it was fine, my expectations were majorly exceeded! The bed was really comfy, clean and although I was sharing a room... 别人怎么说 » with other people it wasnt a problem at all, the other girls were lovely, and the shower facilities were handy each morning. I don't think ill ever b - The equipment is amazing (other than the very small kitchen), particularly the room (I was in a 4-bed) displayed a very high standard. The breakfast was decent (no fruit anymore though, as visitors had stated in previous reviews). Wifi at the ground floor and nice ares to sit, relax or even work. The location is certainly not central, but Oxford street is 20 mins away and the Jubilee Line will drop you off at St. Paul's or Buckingham Palace in not much more time. Breakfast was good, cereal, toast, juice and tea and coffee as much as you'd like. There was stairs but we didn't mind. We arrived at 10am and our room had already been cleaned so we were told to go straight in. Lovely. Would stay here again

  I liked that it was always clean everywhere and that the staff were always so nice and helpfull. I also liked that the hotel was open 24/7 so you didn't have to worry about getting back there too late. Another thing that I appreciated were the guards outside when it got late, because it felt more safe. The bar and the other rooms downstairs wher... 别人怎么说 » e you could hang out were also brilliant! All in all I'm very happy with my stay there and I'd recommend The Generator to anyone going to London - The bar in the hostel is awesome. The general atmosphere of the place is great - definitely the way to go if you want to meet other young people and have a damn good time. Drinks prices in the bar weren't too bad - £2.20 on all drinks (except doubles!) and the kareoke was fun. Staff were very friendly too.

  I liked the friendliness of the staff who did go that extra to help out. The bar food was reasonably priced for London and of good quality. The half price first drink was extremely welcomed after a long day. Free wifi good. Breakfast adequate. Lots of seating in the lounge area.   I stayed here for three weeks whilst in between flats and it was a god send! Some nights are under £10, and considering that includes breakfast it's indisputably great value. The staff are very welcoming and helpful and more than happy to help. The rooms are kept clean as well as the bathrooms on a daily basis.   It is cheap and near the Greenwich station, approximately only 5min. - Excellent location. Very easy to find from Greenwich DLR station, so good public transport links into the centre, coupled with plenty to see and do in and around Greenwich itself.
